Outdoor amenities include a 22' x 14' private pool with surround sound, 10-person hot tub, two outdoor showers, gas grill, picnic area, and a cabana bar with a commercial icemaker and an under-counter refrigerator. Stairs lead to a rooftop sun deck, which is accessible from both the pool deck and a walkway leading to the mid-level. A walkway to the Atlantic (shared with the neighboring home) makes for quick and easy strolls to the beach.
