Generous and comfortable seating is available in the great room, and multiple decks with chairs and tables are available for outdoor gatherings. Two queen sized sleepsofas and two recliners are included in the great room furnishings. One king bedroom with a private bath is located on this level. The loft provides lounge seating and views towards the ocean.
Additional amenities include shower caddys and hooks for robes and bathing suits throughout the home, plus 10 TVs and a DVD player for rainy afternoons. Games and books are available for all ages. Glassware and plastic ware for drinks are plentiful.
Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The pool is open 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00.
