A bedroom is equipped with two twin bunksets, and the full bathroom is accessible by those in the bedroom, game room and serves as an outdoor cabana bath.
Doors lead from the game room to landscaped grounds and outdoor amenities. Guests are treated to a private and fenced pool, poolside furnishings and a relaxing hot tub. The sandy volleyball court will provide hours of competitive fun for all age groups throughout your stay. A gas grill and picnic table allows for casual outdoor dining, and plenty of covered and sun decks are furnished for your use and enjoyment.

This open concept design has expansive ceilings, comfortable seating, game table for four, seasonal gas fireplace, flatscreen TV and a dining area with hardwood floors and a table for twelve guests. A half bath is centrally located, and doors lead to furnished decks for heightened views and coastal breezes. The kitchen is well equipped with storage, countertops, appliances (including a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker) and bar seating for casual dining. A king suite completes this level and offers sun deck access and a luxury private bath with Jacuzzi tub and glass block shower. Follow the steps to the third floor sports tower where late nights can be spent around a pool table, shooting the breeze while enjoying a host of sporting events on the mounted TV.
