Doors lead from the game room to a host of outdoor amenities. Divide into teams and enjoy spirited games of volleyball on your own private volleyball area, or shoot hoops at the basketball hoop. The fenced pool allows for daily refreshing swims and evening soaks in the private hot tub are the perfect way to end each evening. Rinse off sand and salt in the outdoor shower, fire up the gas grill for dinner alfresco, and settle onto wide covered and sun decks for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and relaxing coastal breezes.

Six king bedrooms on the first floor provide rejuvenating retreats at the end of fun filled vacation days. All suites have TVs and private baths, and three have direct access to the furnished covered deck that overlooks the pool area, an easy spot to keep an eye on swimmers below. Laundry facilities are centrally located, and the elevator reaches this level for simple luggage hauling.

Floor to ceiling windows allow for beautiful natural light in the second floor great room. Sofas and arm chairs are nestled around a large screen TV with surround sound and a seasonal gas fireplace (available October through March). A half bath is centrally located and doors lead to furnished sun decks. The kitchen is nicely equipped for meal preparations including a full refrigerator with ice maker, range/stove, microwave, and dishwasher for ease in clean up. The kitchen island provides seating for casual dining, and a dining table offers additional seating, with a highchair on hand for the littlest traveler. A private king bedroom on this level offers sun deck access and a private luxury bath with dual sink vanity. Steps lead to a lofted sports tower with community views, where adults can gather to watch sporting events on the mounted flat screen TV.
