Overview
New to the Carolina Designs program for 2024!
Located on the oceanfront in Corolla, on the cul-de-sac at the end of a quiet street, you will find SeaEra ready to welcome you for your Outer Banks vacation. A 5-bedroom home with a fully fenced private pool, hot tub, private walkway to the beach, and more, your group will be ready to kick their shoes off and spring into relaxation mode the moment you all arrive. The middle floor rec room offers a pool table, media area, and a wet bar with a sink and refrigerator. The wet bar is the ideal spot to store food and drinks you want to easily get to while lounging poolside day in and day out. If you need a break from the sun, the screened-in deck on the 1st floor has an outdoor dining table and loveseat porch swing. If you can't get enough of the sun, head over the private beach walkway and enjoy all the beauty of the Corolla beaches. The top floor great room, dining areas, and kitchen are where your vacation group can come together over a meal and chat about your day or your plans for tomorrow. Just a short drive north, you'll be near a grocery store, a local donut shop, a golf course, and more.

Four bedrooms are located on this level - one king, two queens, and a bedroom with a twin bunk, two twin beds, and a trundle (five twins total). Each bedroom offers a private bath and a SmartTV. The king bedroom has a sliding glass door leading to the oceanside deck.
A rec room is centrally located, furnished with a pool table, wet bar with a sink and full-sized refrigerator (icemaker in freezer), and a media area with a SmartTV and a BluRay player. One of the media area sofas is a queen-sized sleepsofa. Laundry facilities are available on this floor.
Through the sliding glass door in the rec room, you enter onto the oceanside deck. A screened-in porch with an outdoor dining table and loveseat porch swing is to the south, a hot tub is located on the north end of the deck, and built-in bench seating wraps the northeast corner of this deck. Down a few steps, you're in the private pool area that offers more than just a large private pool! With poolside seating and access to the private beach walkway, this is where you'll want to spend most of your vacation days. Just over the dune, you're mere steps from the shoreline. The walkway to the beach has built-in bench seating on the dune top deck.

The spacious open-concept top floor is where you'll find the great room, kitchen, and dining areas. Predominantly decorated in coastal tones, with bright splashes of color throughout, you'll feel like you're home (while away from home). A rounded sectional and two armchairs are positioned towards a mounted SmartTV over a seasonal gas fireplace. Just behind the armchairs, four picture windows frame the beautiful blue of the ocean - a view you'll never tire of! There is space enough for multiple cooks in the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet and counter space make whipping up a meal or even just a tasty treat as easy as it could be. A refrigerator (icemaker in freezer), oven/stove, and microwave are positioned along the outside of the kitchen. The large center island has a double sink, two dishwashers, and counter-height seating for four. The dining areas include a long table with seating for ten and a smaller rounded table with seating for four. A sliding glass door in the dining area leads to the top floor open deck with amazing views of the Atlantic.
A king bedroom with a private oceanview deck, private bath, desk, and SmartTV complete the top level. The private bath has a tiled walk-in shower with two showerheads.

Updates for 2024: The owners are working with a local interior designer to replace most of the furniture for the 2024 season. Subject to change until complete.
Updates for 2023: All the TVs were replaced with Smart TVs (cable access via the Spectrum App or guests can log into their own streaming accounts) and the pool table in the rec room was refelted.

Community note: Trailers, boats, and mobile homes/RVs are not allowed to be parked in the driveways of any Ocean Sands properties; parking is only permitted in the driveways of homes; golf carts and motorized carts/scooters/buggies are also prohibited in Ocean Sands.
