Located on the oceanfront in Corolla, on the cul-de-sac at the end of a quiet street in Section B of Ocean Sands, SeaEra is ready to welcome you for your Outer Banks vacation. An 8-bedroom home with a fully fenced private pool, hot tub, private walkway to the beach, and more, your group will be ready to kick their shoes off and spring into relaxation mode the moment you all arrive.

The ground floor offers a media den with a Smart TV, as well as a sitting area. A middle floor rec room is furnished with a Smart TV. If you can't get enough of the sun, head over the private beach walkway and enjoy all the beauty of the Corolla beaches. The top floor great room, dining areas, and kitchen are where your vacation group can come together over a meal and chat about your day or your plans for tomorrow. Just a short drive north, you'll be near a grocery store, a local donut shop, a golf course, and more.

With an elevator serving the home, 11 TVs, free high-speed wireless internet, eight parking spaces, and Sunday check-in, this oceanfront Corolla vacation rental is built for large families and groups traveling together. Please note that no pets are allowed.

The Corolla Area

Corolla sits at the northern end of the Outer Banks, known for its expansive, wide beaches of finely textured sand and clean rolling surf. Nearby you'll find the historic Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park and the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, built in 1875 and the only natural red brick lighthouse on the East Coast. Corolla also offers easy access to golf and tennis, surfing lessons, kayak tours, jet ski rentals, and guided beach tours in search of the wild horses of Corolla. Grocery stores, gift shops, surf shops, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and souvenir shops are found in several local shopping centers, including Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center.

Pool: Private pool measures 32.0 x 16.0. 2026 pool open dates are 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027; pool heat is available for $500.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Please Note: It is not unusual for sand to accumulate on the private beach walkway, dune-top deck, and stairs.
