Set on the oceanfront in Corolla, on the cul-de-sac at the end of a quiet street in Section B of Ocean Sands, SeaEra is ready to welcome you for your Outer Banks vacation. An 8-bedroom home with eight private baths, two additional half baths, a fully fenced private pool, hot tub, private walkway to the beach, and an elevator serving every level, this OBX vacation rental invites your group to kick their shoes off and spring into relaxation mode the moment you arrive.

The ground floor offers a media den with a Smart TV, as well as a sitting area. A middle floor rec room is furnished with a Smart TV, pool table, and a wet bar with a sink and refrigerator. The wet bar is the ideal spot to store food and drinks you want to easily get to while lounging poolside day in and day out. If you need a break from the sun, the screened-in deck on the first floor has an outdoor dining table and loveseat porch swing. If you can't get enough of the sun, head over the private beach walkway and enjoy all the beauty of the Corolla beaches. The top floor great room, dining areas, and kitchen are where your vacation group can come together over a meal and chat about your day or your plans for tomorrow. Just a short drive north, you'll be near a grocery store, a local donut shop, a golf course, and more, along with the shops and restaurants of Corolla's town centers, the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, and beach tours in search of the area's famous wild horses.

Eleven TVs, free high-speed wireless internet, eight parking spaces, two outdoor showers, a gas grill, and a seasonal gas fireplace (October through March) round out the comforts here. Please note that this home is a no-pet property with Sunday check-in.

Pool: 32.0 x 16.0 private pool. 2026 pool open 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026; 2027 pool open 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027. Pool heat cost is $500.00 for both 2026 and 2027. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Community Note: Trailers, boats, and mobile homes/RVs are not allowed to be parked in the driveways of any Ocean Sands properties; parking is only permitted in the driveways of homes; golf carts and motorized carts/scooters/buggies are also prohibited in Ocean Sands.

Please Note: It is not unusual for sand to accumulate on the private beach walkway, dune-top deck, and stairs.
