Pool: Pool heated by heat pump, with pool heat offered at no cost. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026, and the 2027 season runs 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
