Take fun to a whole new level when you reserve Ocean Breeze, a seaside OBX vacation rental loaded with amenities, including a private pool and hot tub, a rec room with pool table, SONOS sound systems, Roku TVs throughout, and an elevator that carries luggage and beach gear to every level. Located on a quiet street in the heart of Duck, this home sets a relaxing mood with its thoughtful floor plan, private bedroom suites, and gathering areas on every floor. Seven bedrooms, five of them with private baths, six full baths, and two half baths mean large groups and multiple families spread out comfortably.

The Sea Pines subdivision offers guests access to its community pool and tennis courts, and the beach access is just 175 yards away. The award winning town of Duck provides a roadside multipath leading to unique shops, eateries, and galleries, as well as a town park with scheduled seasonal family friendly activities, a soundside boardwalk, children's playground, and boat and kayak launch. Two dogs are welcome for an additional fee, five parking spaces keep the driveway sorted, and check-in is on Saturday.

Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

Pool: Private pool heated by heat pump, with pool heat offered at no cost. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Duck and the Outer Banks: Duck is a small village style destination on a lovely 7-mile stretch of coastline, close to all local attractions. Guests enjoy swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking, and crabbing from ocean to sound, then browse the shops and galleries or settle in for dinner at one of the village restaurants. The walking and bicycling trail runs the entire length of town, connecting to Duck Town Park on the Currituck Sound with its playground, soundside walkway, gazebo, picnic shelter, and amphitheater hosting seasonal music, theatre, and children's events.
