The Bluetooth audio sound system has indoor/outdoor speakers. A half bath is centrally located and doors lead to the sun deck with built-in seating and heightened views. The kitchen offers a crock pot, Keurig coffee machine, full refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, two dishwashers and bar seating for six. Meals can be served at a large dining table with seating for ten guests and a table for four. The grand king bedroom on this level has a Roku TV, sun deck access, and a private bathroom with dual sink vanity and shower.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
