Laundry is conveniently located on this level. The covered deck with built-in seating provides shaded views of the community and pool area.

The kitchen offers a full refrigerator, range/oven, and microwave, so preparing meals for a full house is a shared pleasure rather than a chore. Meals can be served in the dining area. The grand king bedroom on this level has a Roku TV, sun deck access, and a private bathroom with dual sink vanity and shower.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Pool heat is complimentary. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026, and the 2027 pool season runs 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027.
