The ground floor recreation room offers a place to play with a pool table, TV, and stereo. The wet bar with a refrigerator and microwave provides extra storage and a convenient accompaniment to the nearby pool. Two bedrooms are located on this floor, each with a twin bunk, pyramid bunk, and TV. After your dip in the pool or hot tub, share a meal in the sunshine at the poolside table.

The first floor features one king bedroom with private bath and three queen bedrooms with private baths, all with TVs. Lounge in the comfortable den with an Xbox and Wii will keep everyone entertained. (Please bring your own games.)

Decorated in calming neutral tones and decor, the second floor great room is a place to gather family and friends. The kitchen comes fully stocked with every imaginable amenity including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and bar seating for casual dining. Retreat to the loft for a game of cards or quiet respite. The king bedroom is located on this level and offers deck access, a TV, and a private bath with a large walk-in shower. The sundeck overlooking the pool is the perfect place to catch some rays or watch the wide open sky change colors as dusk approaches.

Updates for 2026: The entire interior was renovated to include new LVP flooring, all bathrooms updated with new floors, cabinets, and countertops, top floor private bath remodeled, including new vanity area and new larger walk-in shower, increased seating/living space in great room, new kitchen cabinets and countertops, a king bed replacing a queen bed on the middle floor, new cabinet layout in the rec room, fresh paint through the entire interior, updated furniture. new siding (color will stay the same).

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.
