After your dip in the pool or hot tub, share a meal in the sunshine at the poolside table.

Decorated in nautical tones and decor, the second floor great room with a seasonal fireplace and enormous flat screen TV is a place to gather family and friends. The kitchen comes fully stocked with every imaginable amenity including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, an icemaker, George Foreman grill, griddle, two coffee makers, two Keurigs, and bar seating for casual dining. Retreat to the loft for a game of cards or quiet respite. The king bedroom is located on this level and offers deck access, a TV, and a private bath with a soothing whirlpool tub. The sundeck overlooking the pool is the perfect place to catch some rays or watch the wide open sky change colors as dusk approaches.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.
