SUNRISE CAY comfortably sleeps guests in seven well-appointed bedrooms featuring five king suites, two twin beds, one twin bunk, and one double bunk configuration. Five bedrooms include private bathrooms, with six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms throughout the home. Every bedroom is equipped with 32" flat screen TVs. The home's elevator provides convenient access to all levels, making this an ideal choice for multi-generational families.

The home provides seven parking spaces, seasonal fireplace (October-March), free high-speed wireless internet, and EV charger availability. Special events are welcome with proper arrangements, making this an ideal venue for weddings and celebrations.

Community note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

Pool: Private pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Special Events Welcome: $1,500 special event fee and $2,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home.
