A great room, kitchen, and dining area are located on the top floor and offer an open floor concept which allows for you and your group to start and finish each day together and share all the memories made. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel gourmet appliances and will have the chef of the group excited to start whipping up meals for everyone. The ground floor rec room is the hub for entertainment. The outdoor area offers ample space to spread out and enjoy the peaceful breezes that sweep over from the ocean and the sound. Jump in the 33 x 16 private pool for a refreshing dip, or soak in the hot tub for ultimate relaxation. The backyard area is a large open space. The seventh bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a private bath, and a media area with a flatscreen TV and sofa seating. The private backyard is one that you and your group are sure to enjoy, all while being less than a half-mile from the Atlantic Ocean. Ready for some beach time? Grab a towel, put on your favorite pair of shades, and take a stroll down the street to the sand and surf, just 795 yards from the beach access. When you return to the house after a day of splashing in the waves, rinse off in the outdoor bathroom that is located by the pool and includes an enclosed shower, sink, and toilet.

As you walk up the steps to the front entrance of Two Buoys, you land on the deck that runs the length of the front of the house, overlooking the spectacularly designed backyard and pool area. Upon entering the first floor, there is sofa seating to the left with a queen sleepsofa, a quiet corner for catching up on email or planning the day's adventures. There are four bedrooms on the first floor: one king bedroom with private bath, one queen bedroom with private bath, and a king and a queen bedroom that share a bathroom. One of the queen bedrooms has direct access to the deck through sliding glass doors. There is access to a half bath and laundry facilities on this level.

The top floor of Two Buoys is drenched in natural light, bright white features, and welcoming furnishings. The great room, dining area, and kitchen all share an open concept floor plan that makes it an ideal location for you and your group to enjoy spending time together over meals and meaningful conversations. There is a sliding glass door that leads out onto the deck. The top-notch gourmet kitchen was thoughtfully designed and equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage for all you'd need during your stay. The appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, and stove. The kitchen island has a double sink, dishwasher, and offers bar-height seating for four. There is a half bath conveniently located on the top floor for those who are spending time on this level. The bedding on this floor includes a king bedroom with a private bath, and sliding door access to the deck.
