Seven bedrooms, four of them private suites, six full bathrooms, and a half bath give families and friends room to spread out, while nine TVs, a highchair, free high-speed wireless internet, and six parking spaces keep the details covered. This vacation home has landscaped grounds, beautiful shade trees, and expansive wraparound decks that offer peaceful community views. Situated in the award-winning gated community of Four Seasons, vacationers have access to a community pool and tennis courts. Water access is easy with a community beach access and parking nearby. Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee, and check-in is on Saturday.

Duck, North Carolina

Duck is a family favorite among Outer Banks destinations, drawing guests with its small village atmosphere while remaining close to local attractions along a lovely seven-mile coastline. The village offers an impressive array of small shops and boutiques specializing in clothing, books, toys, gourmet food, groceries, antiques, and artwork, plus restaurants ranging from a-la-carte to formal. Take a relaxing walk along the walking and bicycling trail that runs the entire length of Duck, or visit The Duck Town Park, an 11-acre maritime forest on the Currituck Sound featuring a playground, soundside walkway, gazebo, picnic shelter, and an amphitheater that hosts complimentary musical, theatre, and children's events all summer long. From the sound to the ocean, guests enjoy swimming, surfing, fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, crabbing, and kayaking.

Updates for 2025: Middle floor bathrooms redone; the two dishwashers and the mini fridge replaced; handrail added to pool steps.

Updates for 2024: New flooring in the rec room, new arcade game in rec room, new flooring, fixtures, and vanity in ground floor shared bath, new area rug and armchair in great room, pavers added by the grill and hot tub to make for additional room for lounge chairs, top floor deck refinished.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Community Note: Community tennis and pickleball are available for guests. Please note that vehicles must be parked in the driveway of the home, on-street parking is not available. Trailers, boats, and mobile homes can't be parked in Four Seasons unless they are enclosed in a home's carport/garage. Only licensed drivers can operate golf carts in the community. If you choose to rent a golf cart, register it at the community clubhouse before operating it in Four Seasons. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
