Seven bedrooms, four of them private suites, six full bathrooms and a half bath give everyone room to spread out, while a 32 x 16 private pool, hot tub, gas grill and two outdoor showers turn the backyard into a summer headquarters. Situated in the award-winning gated community of Four Seasons, vacationers have access to a community pool and community tennis. Water access is easy utilizing the sidewalk behind the home that leads east to a community beach access with parking, roughly 480 yards away. Two dogs are welcome with a fee, free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected, and six parking spaces in the driveway make arrival day simple.

Duck, North Carolina

Duck is a family favorite along the Outer Banks, known for its small village atmosphere and its walking and bicycling trail that runs the length of town. Shops and boutiques specialize in clothing, books, toys, gourmet food, groceries, antiques and artwork, while restaurants range from casual a-la-carte to formal dining. The Duck Town Park, set on an 11-acre maritime forest on the Currituck Sound, features a playground, soundside walkway, gazebo, picnic shelter and an amphitheater that hosts complimentary music, theatre and children's events through the summer. From sound to ocean, guests enjoy swimming, surfing, fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, crabbing and kayaking, making this OBX vacation rental an easy base for exploring.

Updates for 2026: SONOS sound system added, great room fireplace/TV area renovated including larger TV, new top floor west windows, new top floor wood flooring, new stairway carpeting, new roof, new pool liner.

Updates for 2025: Middle floor bathrooms redone; the two dishwashers and the mini fridge replaced; handrail added to pool steps.

Updates for 2024: New flooring in the rec room, new arcade game in rec room, new flooring, fixtures, and vanity in ground floor shared bath, new area rug and armchair in great room, pavers added by the grill and hot tub to make for additional room for lounge chairs, top floor deck refinished.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Community Note: Community tennis is available for guests. Please note that vehicles must be parked in the driveway of the home, on-street parking is not available. Trailers, boats, and mobile homes can't be parked in Four Seasons unless they are enclosed in a home's carport/garage. Only licensed drivers can operate golf carts in the community. If you choose to rent a golf cart, register it at the community clubhouse before operating it in Four Seasons. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
