The bedding configuration is ideal for kids or young adults. One bedroom offers two twin beds and shares a full bath with a second bedroom with two custom built-in double bunks (double bed over double bed). A convenient half bath connects to both the rec room and pool area.
Sliding doors lead from the rec room out to the back yard featuring a private pool, hot tub, outdoor sitting area with TV, marine radio sound system, outdoor shower, grill area, cornhole, and artificial turf yard. The pool has the option to be heated and includes a shallow wet deck. The owner also provides a stand-up paddleboard and two kayaks (a single and a double; please bring your own life jackets) so you can spend time on the sound! And for your furry friends, a dog run is available with an autofill dish! A beach cart is provided to make your walking to the beach much easier.
