The Carolina Dunes community beach accesses are within walking distance, and the shops, restaurants, and activities offered by the town of Duck can be easily accessed by a short drive or bike ride along a multi-use path.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Consistent air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool. Max. pool temp is 85 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026 and the 2027 pool season runs 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00.

Special Events Welcome: $1,500 special event fee and $2,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home.
