This exceptional Carolina Designs vacation rental features 11 TVs throughout and 2 DVD players for ultimate entertainment. The 38.0 x 14.0 private pool with wet deck and hot tub creates the perfect outdoor oasis, while seven parking spaces accommodate large groups. Special features include an EV charger, seasonal fireplace (Oct-Mar), and welcome accommodations for up to 2 dogs with fee. Special events are welcome with proper arrangements.

Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Consistent air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool. Max. pool temp is 85 degrees.

Special Access Amenities: This home has an elevator. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.

Special Events Welcome: $1,500 special event fee and $2,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home.
