Seven bedrooms (five with private baths) provide space for large or multi-family groups to stretch out and have their privacy, while roomy common areas provide a space to gather together both indoors and out. With five kings, two twins, two double bunks, six full baths, and two half baths, the sleeping arrangements suit everything from couples to kids' hallways. The Carolina Dunes community beach accesses are within walking distance, and the shops, restaurants, and activities offered by the town of Duck can be easily accessed by a short drive or bike ride along a multi-use path.

Pool: 2026 pool open dates are 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027. Pool heat is available for $500.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Consistent air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool. Max. pool temp is 85 degrees.
