Laundry facilities are centrally located.
Doors lead from the rec room to the outdoors, where guests are treated to a fenced-in private pool offering hours of sun drenched fun, a sheltered hot tub for relaxing soaks, outdoor shower and poolside grill area for BBQ nights.

The top level nicely incorporates open living, dining and kitchen areas under a high cathedral ceiling. The living area features plush leather sofas and armchairs nestled around a 65'' TV, and abundant windows allow beautiful natural sunlight throughout the room. A dining area has a table for ten guests and doors open to a large sun deck. The kitchen offers two dishwashers, a Keurig, an island breakfast bar with seating for four, and a breakfast nook with table for four guests. Steps lead to a loft with chairs. The king bedroom on this level offers sun deck access and a private bathroom. A room across from the king has a desk for quick office check-ins, or you can rent a crib from a local vacation gear company and use the room as a nursery.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located in this neighborhood, a fishing license is required in order to fish.
