Kitty Hawk pairs clean, un-crowded beaches with a maritime forest setting, and the 1,870 acre Kitty Hawk Woods reserve sits in the heart of town for guests who want a change of scenery from the shoreline.

Inside the home, each level is thoughtfully designed to balance relaxation and entertainment for groups of all sizes. The ground floor welcomes guests with comfortable sleeping arrangements, along with elevator access for easy movement throughout the home. Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
