A bunk suite consists of an oceanfront bedroom with an XL twin-over-queen bunk with covered deck access that shares a full bathroom with a bedroom furnished with two twin bunks, an ideal arrangement for younger members of the group. Furnished rear decks overlook the pool area and beyond to the Atlantic, creating a relaxing haven to enjoy the sights and sounds of beach living.

Panoramic ocean views, highlighted by windows in every direction, greet guests on the top floor. The space is well furnished to accommodate large gatherings for socializing, cooking, and dining. Sofas and armchairs surround a big screen TV in the living room area. Waterfront dining is available at a table set for many guests. Cooks will love the open kitchen that has lovely ocean views and is equipped with ample counter space, a refrigerator, and a microwave. An expansive sun deck is accessible from the great room and is furnished for guest use and enjoyment. Early risers can sip coffee as the sun rises over the Atlantic and all can enjoy twilight refreshments to a dramatic ocean backdrop.

Two suites with private bathrooms round out the top level amenities. One is located on the north end of the home and has a king size bed, ocean views, flat screen TV and direct access to a sun deck shared with the dining area. The second is located on the south side of the house and offers a king bed, ocean views, a flat screen TV and direct access to the sun deck.
