Furnished rear decks overlook the pool area and beyond to the Atlantic, creating a relaxing haven to enjoy the sights and sounds of beach living.
Panoramic ocean views, highlighted by windows in every direction, greet guests on the top floor. The space is well furnished to accommodate large gatherings for socializing, cooking, and dining. Sofas and armchairs surround a big screen TV in the living room area. Waterfront dining is available at a table set for many guests. Cooks will love the open kitchen that has lovely ocean views and is equipped with ample counter space, a Keurig, refrigerator with icemaker in freezer, range/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and bar seating. An expansive wraparound sun deck is accessible from the great room and is furnished for guest use and enjoyment. Early risers can sip coffee as the sun rises over the Atlantic and all can enjoy twilight refreshments to a dramatic ocean backdrop. Two suites with private bathrooms round out the top level amenities. One is located on the north end of the home and has a king size bed, ocean views, flat screen TV and direct access to a sun deck shared with the dining area. The second is located on the south side of the house and offers a king bed, ocean views, a flat screen TV and direct access to the wraparound sun deck.
Updates for 2023: All new siding and fresh exterior paint including new outdoor shower surrounds, replacing the north and east-facing windows and oceanfront casement windows, new vinyl deck railings in the front of the house, extensive landscaping updates, changes to the private beach access design, all new plumbing, a kitchen remodel including the addition of a pantry, new island with bar seating, and new appliances, new dining table, new great room furniture, new flooring throughout entire house (LVP flooring, new carpet on stairs), all TVs will be mounted, decor changes in bathrooms, new ceiling fans and lighting throughout. Wet bar in the rec room will be updated. Bedding upgrades include new king beds to replace queens and an additional bunkroom. Pool: Pool is heated by heat pump. Consistent air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.

Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is not unusual for sand to cover the beach walkway.
