The ground floor is designed to entertain with a home theater room featuring an 85'' high definition Smart TV with streaming capability, Sonos sound system, and 12 theater-style chairs for a true movie-viewing experience. The fun continues in the recreation room with a pool table, mounted flatscreen TV, stereo, card table, extra full-size refrigerator. Outdoors, splash in the glistening private pool, sunbathe peacefully on one of the lounge chairs or serve up drinks at the poolside bar. There is also a picnic table for casual, outdoor dining.

All of your family and friends will be accommodated on the first floor with bountiful sleeping arrangements including three kings with private baths, a queen with a shared bath and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk, a trundle, and a private bath. There is a TV in every bedroom in the home. The mostly covered deck on this level features a hot tub that overlooks the pool area -- the deck is a great place to enjoy the ocean breeze or flip through your favorite book.

The second floor plays host to a bright, spacious great room with Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a seasonal gas fireplace and a large screen TV with surround sound. Two separate dining tables are able to accommodate large groups, and a well-equipped kitchen with island bar seating and a nearby gas grill on the deck will please the most discriminating of cooks. Kitchen appliances include a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. A king with a private bath and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk, twin, and private half bath are located on this level. For additional sleeping accommodations, check out the den with a sleepsofa.

Neighborhood and Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.
