Seven bedrooms are arranged across three levels with four king beds, one queen and four twin bunksets, plus six full baths and a half bath, so large families and groups traveling together always have room to spread out. Eight TVs, two DVD players and free high-speed wireless internet keep everyone connected and entertained, while five parking spaces make arrival day simple.

As part of the Ocean Lakes community, guests also enjoy access to walking trails, tennis courts, and a nearby large community pool. The private community beach access is a short walk down the neighborhood street. Pool: The 24 x 12 private pool is open 4/5/2026 through 10/25/2026, and 3/28/2027 through 10/24/2027. Pool heat is available for $250.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Community Beach Accesses: There is a sand path to a community beach access located behind the home (a 160-yard walk).
