Pool: The 24' x 12' private pool is open 4/5/2026 through 10/25/2026, and 3/28/2027 through 10/24/2027. Pool heat is available for $250.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Community Beach Accesses: There is a sand path to a community beach access located behind the home (a 160-yard walk).
