Sleeping accommodations on the ground floor include one California king suite with private bath. The second bedroom is furnished with two XL twin beds that can be converted into a king bed with prior notice and has quick access to the adjacent full bath in the hallway. Laundry facilities on this level include one stackable washer/dryer unit. The recreation lounge scores full marks for entertainment! This area has plank flooring and is furnished with pool table, pinball machine, poker table with four chairs, seating, two mounted flat screen TVs (60" and 46") and a kitchenette with sink, full refrigerator with ice maker and microwave. Please note that there are 2 DVD players in the home, both of which are Blu-Ray. Guests who reserve Latitute Adjustment are treated to a private saltwater pool (with option to heat), a sheltered bar with seating, cornhole, outdoor sound system, and a hot tub.

The modern gourmet kitchen is designed for ease in meal preparations and has granite countertops, ample storage and bar seating for four. Appliances are stainless steel and include two full refrigerators with ice makers, 6-burner gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, and coffee maker. Steps lead up to a cozy loft furnished with a chess/checker game table with four stools. A half bath is conveniently located on the landing between the first and second levels.
An intimate king suite extends the width of this floor and features a private bath with custom tile shower and dual sink vanity. Enjoy outdoor entertainment without weather worries on the top level covered porch, a unique feature in this community. Accessible from the great room, this shady al fresco dining area brings the comfort of indoor living outdoors, providing a protective haven to sip your morning coffee and relax with evening cocktails.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Updates for 2022: Fresh interior paint throughout the stairways and hallways, as well as in the ground floor rec room. Arcade game in rec room has been replaced with a pinball machine, and poker table will have new chairs.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.

The twin beds can be converted to king size bed with advance notice.
There is a sand path to a community beach access located behind the home (a 38-yard walk) and there is a second community beach access just to the south (a 94-yard walk on a paved street).
