The modern gourmet kitchen is designed for ease in meal preparations and has granite countertops, ample storage, and bar seating for four. Appliances are stainless steel and include two full refrigerators with ice makers, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Steps lead up to a cozy loft furnished with a game table with four stools. A half bath is conveniently located on the landing between the first and second levels.
An intimate king suite extends the width of this floor and features a private bath with custom tile shower and dual sink vanity. Enjoy outdoor entertainment without weather worries on the top level covered porch, a unique feature in this community. Accessible from the great room, this shady al fresco dining area brings the comfort of indoor living outdoors, providing a protective haven to sip your morning coffee and relax with evening cocktails.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00 in both years. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
