This seaside retreat has everything you need for a fantastic vacation, including ocean views, wraparound decks with Adirondack chairs, seven comfortable bedrooms, a 24 x 12 private pool (pool heat provided for a fee), a hot tub, a rec room with a pool table and kitchenette, free high-speed wireless internet, and Roku streaming service on all nine TVs. Tucked away on a lot with ample trees, A Tuscan Duck offers a winning combination of privacy and location. Just roughly 150 yards to the neighborhood beach access, and a short walk or bike ride to the Town of Duck, you'll be perfectly positioned to enjoy beaches, activities, seasonal events, and all that this OBX vacation rental village has to offer. With seven parking spaces, there is plenty of room for the whole group. Please note this is a Sunday check-in home and no pets are allowed.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Community Note: Duck Landing offers community amenities including a community beach access and community pool access. These amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
