A Tuscan Duck offers a winning combination of privacy and location. It is just 150 yards to beach access, and community pool access is available. As an OBX vacation rental, this Duck home puts you exactly where you want to be for beach days, sound adventures, and everything the Outer Banks has to offer. Please note this is a no-pet home with Sunday check-in.

Bedding on the ground level includes a queen bedroom, as well as a room with two twin beds; these rooms share nearby access to a full hall bath. With sliding doors that open to the pool area, the rec room is the entertainment hub of the ground floor. This room offers a pool table and media area with a flatscreen TV, as well as a kitchenette with a refrigerator and sink, which makes storing poolside drinks and snacks easy! Outside, shoot some hoops on the basketball goal (please bring your own ball), grill out on the gas and charcoal grills, splash in the 24 x 12 private pool, or unwind in the hot tub. A poolside outdoor bathroom/shower makes rinsing off after the beach easy!

A wonderful feature of the middle level is that all four rooms have private baths, and the king bedrooms each have sliding glass door access to the covered deck, where you can relax in the shade. The pyramid bunk room sleeps the younger set in style with its own bath, and laundry facilities are also available on this level.

Bright, fresh, and open, the top floor features a deck with ocean views, a sunroom, a great room with seasonal fireplace (October through March), and a spacious kitchen. The top floor bedroom is a king bedroom that features an ocean view, deck access, and a private bath.
Pool: Pool heat is available for a fee of $500. 2026 pool open dates are 5/31/2026 to 10/25/2026, and 2027 pool open dates are 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027.
Community Note: Duck Landing offers community pool access. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
