Duck Peach is a charming beach home positioned just two homes from the Currituck Sound in the peaceful seaside community of Olde Duck Beach, and the sunset views over the water from the second floor deck are gorgeous. Trips to the beach are made down a single tree-lined road that brings you to a private beach access with parking, about 500 yards from the front door. Located near Duck Road, a multi-use pathway leads south to fine dining, casual eateries, shops, and seasonal family-friendly activities at the town's soundfront park.

Inside, seven bedrooms, six full baths, and a half bath spread comfortably across three levels. Bedding includes five kings, one queen, and two pyramid bunks, with five bedrooms enjoying private baths. Eight TVs, a DVD player, a recreation room, free high-speed wireless internet, and five parking spaces round out the conveniences of this OBX vacation rental in Duck. Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee, and check-in is on Sunday.

Outdoors, a 42.0 x 12.0 private pool anchors the yard alongside a hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor shower. The 2026 pool season runs 4/5/2026 through 10/25/2026, and the 2027 season runs 3/28/2027 through 10/24/2027, with optional pool heat available for $400.00. Updates for 2024: New roof, new pool liner, outdoor shower rebuilt, new four-top table in the great room, two new dishwashers in kitchen, new dresser in the first floor southeast bedroom, new outdoor furniture including Adirondack chairs, wicker and metal furniture, and a poolside cafe table with four seats, the driveway was extended for more parking space, a footwash added by the carport, additional space added to the carport for easier access to bikes and beach/pool toys, a stone pathway around the house to the grill area that was tripled in size for more comfortable grilling.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
