Ocean views, a 22 x 14 private pool, a hot tub, and the charm of a classic Outer Banks design come together in a home built for gathering. Inside, you will find comfortable furnishings, large open living areas, a recreation room, a theater room, 11 TVs, and free high-speed wireless internet. Outside, ample sun and shade decks face the ocean, while a gas grill, two outdoor showers, a volleyball area, and a basketball hoop keep the days full. Six parking spaces make arrival easy, and two dogs are welcome with an additional fee.
Beyond the property line, you are a short distance from the ocean access and community pool access. A short walk brings you to Duck's shops and restaurants, placing an entire coastal village within reach of this OBX vacation rental. Please note that La Ventana has a Friday check-in.

Five bedrooms are located on this floor and include one king with a private bath, two queens with private baths, a queen bedroom and a double bedroom that both share nearby access to a full shared bath. The king and three of the queen bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor shaded deck with a relaxing porch swing facing the ocean, as well as a security gate to the staircase below. Unwind in the theater room with HDTV with surround sound and DVD player to enjoy your favorite television show or a movie after invigorating days at the beach and pool.

Gather in the spacious great room with ocean views, cathedral ceilings, sliding door access to the deck, and a large flat screen TV. The gourmet kitchen is set up for cooking with a crowd. There is bar seating at the kitchen island, an elongated dining table, a seperate dining area off the kitchen, and a breakfast nook, so every cook and every guest has a place to land. Both the great room and kitchen open to a large sun deck facing the ocean with ample seating, and an outdoor table and chairs. The king bedroom has a large private bath with a shower and double vanity. There is a private ocean view balcony accessible from the bedroom. A half bath is conveniently located on this floor. A permanent safety gate is installed on the stairs.
Community Note: Duck Landing offers community amenities including a community beach access and community pool access. These amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/3/2026 to 10/23/2026 and the 2027 pool season runs 3/26/2027 to 10/22/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00.
