If you've been dreaming of an Outer Banks vacation, this is your sign to book the beach house and start your countdown. This home is perfectly located close to the community beach access and the community amenities, as well as the attractions of the Town of Duck. If more than a prime location is needed, the features of this home are sure to please even the most particular vacationer. A private pool, a poolside hot tub, a large rec room, two media dens, a ton of deck space on all levels, an elevator, two outdoor showers, a volleyball area, we could go on and on. Eight bedrooms, six with private baths, are dispersed over four levels of living space, and each level offers a gathering area for you and your vacation group to enjoy time together all week long.
Bedding includes four kings, three queens, two twin bunks, and two sleepsofas, supported by seven full baths and one half bath, so large families and multi-generational groups can settle in with ease. Eleven TVs, a highchair, eight parking spaces, and free high-speed wireless internet round out the practical details, and two dogs are welcome with a fee. Saturday check-in applies to this Duck vacation rental.
Community pool access is available nearby, and the attractions of the Town of Duck are close at hand. Duck is known for its small village atmosphere, its shops and boutiques, and its variety of restaurants.

The ground floor offers a large rec room with seating for those just watching the fun or waiting for their turn. Through the rec room is a media den with a sleepsofa, a dining table, and a mounted TV. A sliding glass door leads out to the pool area from the media den. Adjacent to the media den is the laundry room with a washer and dryer. Bedrooms on this level have mounted flat screen TVs, and a shared full bath is centrally located.
The pool area features everything you need for a fun day in the sun! A private pool measuring 25.0 x 10.0, a poolside hot tub, poolside loungers, a sheltered bar area with stool seating, an outdoor dining table, and two enclosed outdoor showers are all available inside the fenced area. Outside the fenced area is a sand volleyball area and a basketball hoop in the driveway. A gas grill is also available for beach week cookouts.

Central to the middle floor is a media den with a sleepsofa, an armchair, a mounted flat screen TV, a bookshelf with books, and a sliding glass door that leads to the deck that overlooks the pool area and wraps around to the front of the house. The remaining rooms on the middle floor are bedrooms with flat screen TVs. Some bedrooms have sliding glass doors offering direct deck access. The deck has a set of exterior stairs that go down directly to the pool area, so swimmers can come and go without crossing the whole house.

The great room is furnished with a large sectional sofa, two armchairs, and a mounted flat screen TV, a comfortable spot to gather after a day at the shore. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for meal prep and clean up, a real advantage when you are cooking for a large group. The dining area is wrapped with picture windows and a sliding glass door that leads to the ocean view deck. A bedroom with a private bath rounds out this level.

Ascend the steps to the top floor of this home to find an elevated seating area with impressive views of the ocean and the area around you. A built-in daybed seating area and deck access are meant to enjoy some peace and quiet and the beauty of the horizon, whether that is a sunrise coffee or a quiet hour with a book. A bedroom is available on this level with a private bath. Please note that the elevator does not travel to this level and the loft and bedroom are not connected. The loft and bedroom have independent staircases to each area.
Pool Season: 2026 pool open 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026; 2027 pool open 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027. Pool heat is available for $400.00 in both 2026 and 2027.
Community Note: Duck Landing offers community amenities including a community beach access and community pool access. These amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
