Community Note: Duck Landing offers community amenities including a community beach access and community pool access. These amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

Pool: The private pool is open 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $400.00. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The fireplaces are seasonal and available October through March.
