Accessing the beach is a breeze with a private beach walkover, which also offers a dune-top deck with built-in bench seating where you can sit and enjoy evening sea breezes. Wide shaded and open oceanview decks are the ideal place to lounge and savor endless ocean views, and the recreation room is a fun spot for evening entertainment. Known for large lot sizes, vegetated dunes, and expansive beaches, Pine Island is a popular community with visitors, where guests enjoy proximity to shopping, markets, restaurants, and activities in Duck and Corolla. With five kings, three queens, two pyramid bunks, seven full baths, and one half bath, this Outer Banks estate is built for large gatherings, and eight parking spaces plus an on-site EV charger make arrival day simple. Guests also enjoy free high-speed wireless internet, 11 TVs, a highchair, community pool access, and community tennis.

Spend your days searching for the wild Spanish mustangs that roam the isolated beaches to the north, climb the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the only natural red brick lighthouse on the East Coast, or tour the restored Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park. Golf, tennis, surfing lessons, kayak tours, and jet ski rentals are all close by, and grocery stores, surf shops, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and gift shops fill local centers including Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center. Ocean's Edge is an oceanfront home with Saturday check-in. Please note that pets are not allowed.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2026 and 2027 seasons are Memorial Day - Labor Day. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.

Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027. Pool heat cost is $600.00 for both the 2026 and 2027 seasons.

Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is normal for sand accumulation to cover the walkway to the beach.
