For your next trip to the beach, set your sights on Ocean's Edge! This 8-bedroom Pine Island home sits directly on the water's edge in a highly sought after Corolla community. This oceanfront estate offers stunning north-to-south water views, which can also be enjoyed from the spacious common areas as you rest and rejuvenate with family and friends. Accessing the beach is a breeze with a private beach walkover, which also offers a dune-top deck with built-in bench seating where you can sit and enjoy evening sea breezes. Wide shaded and open oceanview decks are the ideal place to lounge and savor endless ocean views, and a recreation room with a ping-pong table is a fun spot for evening entertainment. Known for large lot sizes, vegetated dunes, and expansive beaches, Pine Island is a popular community with visitors, where guests enjoy proximity to shopping, markets, restaurants, and activities in Duck and Corolla.

With seven of the eight bedrooms offering private baths, plus a half bath, an additional half of the household gets its own space to spread out. Five kings, three queens, and two pyramid bunks sleep the whole group, and 11 TVs, a highchair, and free high-speed wireless internet round out the comforts of this Outer Banks retreat. Outside, a hot tub, gas grill, two outdoor showers, and eight parking spaces (including an EV charger) keep beach days effortless, while community pool access and community tennis add even more to the itinerary. Please note this is a no-pet home with Saturday check-in.

The Corolla Setting

As an OBX vacation rental, Ocean's Edge places you on the expansive, finely textured beaches that draw visitors to the northern Outer Banks year after year. Corolla, the "gold coast" of Currituck County, blends quiet neighborhoods with plenty to explore: the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the historic Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park, guided tours in search of the wild Spanish mustangs, kayak trips, surf lessons, and golf and tennis nearby. Grocery stores, surf shops, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and gift shops fill local centers such as Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center. The private pool is available 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026 and 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027, with optional pool heat for $600.00.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2027 season are Memorial Day - Labor Day. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.

Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.

Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is normal for sand accumulation to cover the walkway to the beach.
