This spot also doubles as a convenient location to store food and drinks that you want easily accessible while hanging out poolside.

Speaking of poolside, make your way out to the pool area from the rec room. The outdoor living space has a private pool that can be heated for an additional fee, a hot tub, a cabana bath, and two outdoor showers. Having access to outdoor showers during a beach vacation makes rinsing off and cleaning up a breeze before heading back inside to rest and relax for the evening. Bedding on the ground floor includes a bedroom with two custom built-in pyramid bunks and a private bathroom. Access to the laundry facilities is on this level. A universal EV charger is available for guest use in the carport.

There are three bedrooms furnished with king beds, each with a private en suite bathroom, two of which have sliding door access to the deck. There is also a king bedroom and a bedroom with two twins that both have sliding doors that lead out onto the decks. The king and twins bedroom share close access to a full hall bath.

The top level offers an open concept floor plan that includes the great room, kitchen, and dining area. The great room has a seasonal electric fireplace and sliding glass doors leading out onto the open deck. The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, two refrigerators, a double wall oven, a built-in microwave, a 4-burner range/oven, a large sink, and an additional double sink in the island for even more cooking convenience. A coffee area provides two coffee makers and a bean grinder. The details of the kitchen are sure to amaze with the crisp lines of the white quartz countertops and the large island that is centered in the kitchen - an ideal spot for those who aren't preparing food to sit and spend time with the ones who are whipping up a tasty meal for the group to enjoy together. The kitchen has a pantry for food storage during your stay. Bedding on the top floor includes two bedrooms, each furnished with king beds, and one that offers direct access to the deck. There is a half bath on the landing of the steps between the first and second floor.
