As you enter from the carport, you are greeted with natural light pouring in from the windows and the sliding glass door that leads out to the pool area. The centralized media den offers wicker sofa and armchair seating, and a large Smart TV. A conveniently located kitchenette is in the media den and includes a full-sized fridge, a sink, a microwave, and a standalone ice maker. This is the perfect spot to keep some food and drinks that you want to be easily accessible for the people spending time out by the pool.

The fully fenced pool area is where vacation fun comes alive. Whether you want to float around in the pool, take a dip in the poolside hot tub, or hang out under the covered deck area where there are lounge chairs and a polywood picnic table, there is something to do for your entire group. A gate leads to a private beach walkway and dune top deck with built-in benches - a perfect vantage point for spotting dolphins. For those coming off the beach, there are two spots to rinse off the sand and salt. There is an open overhead shower and foot shower available at the bottom of the dune walkway before entering the pool area. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower under the covered deck on the ground level.

Bedding on the ground level includes a queen bedroom and a bunk room that has two twin bunks. The two rooms share a full bath that has a stand-up shower. The elevator can be accessed from the carport, and goes to the first floor front deck and second floor front deck.

Opening the front door to the first floor entry, you'll find high ceilings and natural light that fills the room. Looking ahead, you will find a media den that is furnished for comfort. A sofa and armchairs make it a great spot for members of your group to hang out, watch a movie on the Smart TV, or play some table games at the table with seating for five. A sliding glass door is available to access the oceanside deck to take in the breeze off the ocean, and the beautiful colors of the sun rise each morning. Bedding on the first floor includes three kings, two with access to the oceanside deck, and the other with access to the soundside deck. There is also a fourth bedroom that has a queen bed and a pyramid bunk in it, and a sliding door that takes you out onto the soundside deck. All four bedrooms on the first floor have their own private bathroom and a Smart TV in the bedroom.

As you make your way up to the second floor, you will be engulfed in views for as far as the eye can see. To the east is a wall full of windows showcasing the Atlantic. To the west are large picture frame windows that highlight an uninterrupted view of the Currituck Sound. A naturally lit, welcoming great room invites you to stretch out on the wrap around sectional, or kick your feet up in one of the lounge chairs. A large Smart TV with a surround sound speaker system makes the great room the perfect place to watch your favorite movie or catch the big game.

An open floor plan between the great room, dining area, and kitchen allow for your entire group to spend time together on the second floor, even if everyone is doing something different. Not to worry, no matter where you are on the top floor, you aren't far from a deck that offers a spectacular view. The dining area includes a large dining table with seating for 14, and a sliding glass door that leads out to a deck that overlooks the pool area and looks onto the ocean.

The kitchen is equipped to feed a crowd and will not disappoint the cook of the group. Quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, views of the ocean and the sound from one space in the house, need we say more? There are two sinks, two dishwashers, a double oven, a microwave, a fridge, a beverage fridge, and a standalone ice maker. In addition to the dining table, there is bar seating. The views are never ending in Casa De Los Ninos, and the decks are just as abundant. Watch the sun rise over the ocean from the east-facing decks, and catch some epic sunset views over the sound from the west-facing decks.

Bedding on the second floor includes two kings with private baths, both with Smart TVs and sliding door deck access (one to an oceanside private deck, and the other to the soundside deck). The unique touches of this home are finished off with three floor to ceiling hand-painted murals that bring to light the simple joys of being at the beach.
