Overview
Custom designed and custom decorated from the ground level to the top floor, Blue Breeze is an oceanfront Outer Banks retreat built for large families and groups who want space, comfort, and beachfront convenience in equal measure. A private walkway carries you over the dune and onto the sand, while a whole-house water filtration system means you can skip the bottled water for the week.
Incredible natural lighting and ocean views fill the top floor, where the great room, dining area, and kitchen come together beneath a wall of east-facing windows. Six of the eight bedrooms offer private baths, and over half of the bedrooms have direct access to either an east or west-facing deck, so sunrise coffee and sunset conversation are only a few steps away. Seven king beds and two twin bunk beds accommodate the whole group, and the elevator reaches every level.

The ground level offers entertainment options for those of any age. The rec room is a comfortable spot to gather, with a large flatscreen TV and room to spread out, making it easy to keep the fun going without a trip upstairs. If games aren't your style, how about a cozy and private theater room with surround sound to enjoy throughout your stay? Nestle into one of the large theater seats with your favorite movie snack and get lost in your go-to feature film. Sleeping quarters on this floor include a king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin bunks. There is a full bath with tub/shower located on this level, as well as a half bath by the entrance.
Outside will be where a wave of relaxation washes over you. A private 12' x 24' pool that can be heated, a hot tub, an open outdoor shower, a private walkway over the dune with an elevated dune deck, a gas grill, and plenty of poolside seating are all available to you during your stay. With one of the six Sonos zones set up outside by the pool, your playlist carries right through the afternoon.

The middle level offers four king bedrooms, each with a spacious ensuite bathroom and tiled walk-in shower. Each bedroom has deck access and a mounted flatscreen TV, so every guest enjoys a private, restful corner of the home. On the east end of the house, there is a sitting area furnished with a conversation set, an inviting spot to catch up over morning coffee while the ocean breeze drifts through. All four bedrooms, as well as the sitting area, have direct access to the east or west decks. Laundry is located on this level, a welcome convenience for a full house of beachgoers. A half bath is located on the landing of the stairs between the middle and top level.

The expansive top floor offers a calming color palette, coastal inspired decor, and natural lighting throughout the great room, dining area, and kitchen. Enter onto the top floor deck through sliding glass doors to a partially covered deck to take in the sunrise each morning, catch a breeze off the ocean, or admire the sky fading into the pale purples and blues while the moon rises. The great room is furnished with a large sectional and two armchairs centered around a mounted flatscreen TV over the seasonal fireplace. Uninterrupted views of the ocean fill the east-facing wall of windows that look out over the Atlantic. An elongated dining table with seating for twelve and an eat-in island with seating for six are where homemade meals will be enjoyed. The chef's kitchen is equipped with a large sink, two refrigerators, and a built-in microwave in the island. The water filtration system through the whole house allows you to skip buying bottled water for your stay. Two king bedrooms, both with a private bath and one with a private deck, are located on this level.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and the 2027 pool season runs 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027; pool heat is available for $500.00.
Pets: No pets allowed.
Fireplace: Seasonal fireplace available October through March.
Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the east and west exterior of the home.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
