The middle level offers four king bedrooms each with spacious ensuite bathrooms and tiled walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms is designed for accessibility with large roll-in shower. Each bedroom has deck access and a mounted flatscreen TV. On the east end of the house, there is a sitting area that is furnished with a conversation set. All four bedrooms, as well as the sitting area, have direct access to the east or west decks. Two washer and dryer sets are located on this level. A half bath is located on the landing of the stairs between the middle and top level.

The expansive top floor offers a calming color palette, coastal inspired decor, and natural lighting throughout the great room, dining area, and kitchen. Enter onto the top floor deck through sliding glass doors to a partially covered deck to take in the sunrise each morning, catch a breeze off the ocean, or admire the sky fading into the pale purples and blues while the moon rises. The great room is furnished with a large sectional and two armchairs centered around a mounted flatscreen TV over the seasonal fireplace. Uninterrupted views of the ocean fill the east-facing wall of windows that look out over the Atlantic. An elongated dining table with seating for twelve and an eat-in island with seating for six are where homemade meals will be enjoyed. The chef's kitchen is equipped with a large sink, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, crockpot, and a Keurig, as well as a Kitchenaid 6-burner gas range/oven, and a built-in microwave in the island.
