Incredible natural lighting and ocean views fill the top floor where the great room, dining area, and kitchen are located. Six of the eight bedrooms offer private baths, and over half of the bedrooms have direct access to either an east or west-facing deck. Sleeping arrangements include seven king bedrooms and a bedroom with two twin bunks, served by seven full baths and two half baths. Spacious gathering areas and bedrooms, comfortable furnishings, desired amenities, and a prime location are what you will find at Blue Breeze! A central location in Nags Head means you are not far from grocery stores, popular restaurants, local shops, and attractions. The ground level offers entertainment options for those of any age. The rec room has a pool table, a shuffleboard table, a Multicade arcade game, a high-top table with seating, a large flatscreen TV, and a wet bar. If games are not your style, how about a cozy and private theater room with surround sound, a DVD player, and a game controller connection port to enjoy throughout your stay? Nestle into one of the large theater seats with your favorite movie snack and get lost in your go-to feature film. Sleeping quarters on this floor include a king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin bunks. There is a full bath with tub/shower located on this level, as well as a half bath by the entrance.
Outside will be where a wave of relaxation washes over you. A private 12' x 24' pool that can be heated, a hot tub, an open outdoor shower, private walkway over the dune with an elevated dune deck, a gas grill, and plenty of poolside seating is all available to you during your stay! The elevator is accessible here in the carport, making unloading the car and moving between floors simple for everyone in your group.

The middle level offers four king bedrooms each with spacious ensuite bathrooms and tiled walk-in shower. Each bedroom has deck access and a mounted flatscreen TV. On the east end of the house, there is a sitting area that is furnished with a conversation set, an inviting spot to catch the ocean breeze with a morning coffee or a good book. All four bedrooms, as well as the sitting area, have direct access to the east or west decks, so sunrise over the Atlantic and sunset toward the sound are both within easy reach. Laundry is located on this level, along with a large hallway closet for stashing beach gear. A half bath is located on the landing of the stairs between the middle and top level.

The expansive top floor offers a calming color palette, coastal inspired decor, and natural lighting throughout the great room, dining area, and kitchen. Enter onto the top floor deck through sliding glass doors to a partially covered deck to take in the sunrise each morning, catch a breeze off the ocean, or admire the sky fading into the pale purples and blues while the moon rises. The great room is furnished with a large sectional and two armchairs centered around a mounted flatscreen TV over the seasonal fireplace. Uninterrupted views of the ocean fill the east-facing wall of windows that look out over the Atlantic. An elongated dining table with seating for twelve and an eat-in island with seating for six are where homemade meals will be enjoyed. The water filtration system through the whole house allows you to skip buying bottled water for your stay. Two king bedrooms, both with a private bath and one with a private deck, are located on this level.
Pool: The private pool measures 24' x 12'. 2026 pool dates are 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool dates are 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027; pool heat is available for $500.00.
TVs: Smart TVs with Spectrum App for cable access; guests are welcome to log into other apps to access their personal accounts.
Fireplace: The fireplace is seasonal and available October through March.
Special Access Amenities: The elevator is accessible from the ground level in the carport and travels to all floors. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
