Soak in the hot tub as you take in the sea air. Music and movies are available inside as well, with a rec room and ten TVs and ten DVD players found throughout the home. Free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected. The open floor plan of the sun-kissed great room is a wonderful place to gather and enjoy a group meal, while an elevator makes moving between levels easy for all ages. The Kill Devil Hills Area

Staying in the heart of the Outer Banks puts grocery stores, shopping and a wide range of dining options within easy reach along the beach road and the bypass, which is dotted with surf shops and colorful boutiques. Families enjoy a network of bike and walking paths, a community skate park, playgrounds, plus go-carts, bowling, miniature golf, laser-tag, and the movies. The Wright Brothers Memorial, home to a reproduction of the 1903 Wright Flyer, is a treasured national historic attraction just minutes away, and a drive to Colington Island leads through maritime forest toward the sound, where fresh seafood is caught and sold. As an oceanfront home, Serenity enjoys direct beach access.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026, pool heat cost $500.00. 2027 pool open 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027, pool heat cost $500.00.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
