It's a short walk to the beach on the quiet, sidewalk lined streets of Duck Landing. At the west end of the street is the village of Duck, where you'll find summer concerts, seasonal fitness/yoga classes, gourmet restaurants, shopping, and recreational activities. As the sun begins to set, start the gas grill and cook your fresh fish of the day! After dinner is the ideal time for relaxing soaks in your private hot tub, the perfect recipe for a restful evening.

Community Note: Duck Landing offers community amenities including a community beach access and community pool access. These amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
