The ground floor, indoors and out, is the hub for vacation entertainment. The rec room features a pool table and a mounted flatscreen TV. A full shared bath is accessible from the rec room and the hallway, featuring a walk-in shower.

Through the sliding glass door in the rec room, you will make your way out to the fully fenced pool area with a large private pool, a poolside hot tub, and many poolside chairs and loungers. A gas grill is on hand for cookouts, and two enclosed outdoor showers are available for when you're ready to rinse off the sand and hop in the pool or when you're retiring indoors for the evening. The pool is open 5/2/2026 to 10/10/2026 and 5/1/2027 to 10/9/2027.

The interior of the middle floor is dedicated to bedding accommodations and the exterior of the middle floor is dedicated to ample deck areas that wrap around three sides of the house. The front entry deck wraps around the north side of the house where you'll find an enclosed deck with a large outdoor table. Through the opposite side of the enclosed deck is a covered deck area that extends the length of the west side of the house and overlooks the pool area. Exterior stairs on all three deck levels make getting from one deck to another easier, as you don't have to enter the house to do so.

The three west bedrooms all feature king beds and sliding glass doors that provide direct access to the deck. One of the king bedrooms has a private bath with a walk-in shower. The other two king bedrooms share a bathroom that has a shower/tub. The northeast bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom on the middle level is a bedroom with two twin bunks and a private bath with a walk-in shower, a fun setup for the younger members of the group. Laundry facilities and access to the elevator are conveniently located in the hallway.

The great room, kitchen, and dining area are all centrally located on the top floor and share an open-concept layout so the whole vacation group can spend time together without being confined to one smaller space. The great room has comfortable seating arranged to face a large mounted flatscreen TV. The kitchen is equipped to feed a group with stainless steel appliances. Two additional dining areas are located on the top floor with seating for many. A sliding glass door in the dining area leads out to the west deck, and a door in the kitchen leads to the east deck, allowing you to enjoy a view of the ocean and the coastal breeze off the water.

A king bedroom with a private bath is located on both the north and south ends of this level. Both have direct deck access, flatscreen TVs, and a walk-in shower in the bathroom, a quiet retreat at the end of a long beach day.
