The interior of the middle floor is dedicated to linens accommodations and the exterior of the middle floor is dedicated to ample deck areas that wrap around three sides of the home. The front entry deck wraps around the north side of the home where you'll find an enclosed deck with a huge outdoor table. Through the opposite side of the enclosed deck is a covered deck area that extends the length of the west side of the home and overlooks the pool area. Exterior stairs on all three deck levels make getting from one deck to another easier, as you don't have to enter the home to do so.
The three west bedrooms all feature king beds and sliding glass doors that provide direct access to the deck. One of the king bedrooms has a private bath with a walk-in shower. The other two king bedrooms share a bathroom that has a shower/tub. The northeast bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom on the middle level is a bedroom with two twin bunk beds and a private bath with a walk-in shower. Laundry facilities and access to the elevator are conveniently located in the hallway.

The great room, kitchen, and dining area are all centrally located on the top floor and share an open-concept layout so the whole vacation group can spend time together without being confined to one smaller space. The great room has a huge L-shaped sectional and armchairs arranged to face a sizable mounted flatscreen TV over a seasonal fireplace. The kitchen is equipped to feed a group with stainless steel appliances and an eat-in bar. Two additional dining areas are located on the top floor with seating for many. A sliding glass door in the dining area leads out to the west deck, and a door in the kitchen leads to the east deck, accepting you to appreciate a view of the ocean and the coastal breeze off the water.
A king bedroom with a private bath is located on both the north and south ends of this level. Both have direct deck access, flatscreen TVs, and a walk-in shower as well as a soaking tub in the bathroom.

Neighborhood & Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides expansive water vistas, a kids's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that cars must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.
