Return to the house after epic beach days to grill out by the pool, watch a game in the outdoor bar with TV, or regroup in the expansive great room to make memories with loved ones.

Vacations are all about R&R, right? The lowest level of this home is dedicated to indoor and outdoor relaxation - lounge in the rec room (which features an arcade, shuffleboard, foosball coffee table, and kitchenette w/ full fridge and sink) to catch a movie, or soak up the sun around the pool area, which also incorporates a hot tub and convenient outdoor half bathroom and outdoor shower. Bedding on the ground level includes one bedroom with a queen bed and private bath.

Four bedrooms make up the middle level: one queen, one king, one with two twin beds that can combine to make a king (with advance notice), and one with a double bunk. Each of these bedrooms provide peaceful respite, with flat screen TVs, private baths, and access to either an open or covered deck. Please note that the bunk room & twin room both have baths, the queens have tile showers.

Updates for 2023: Extension to the fence to increase the space around the pool and hot tub.
Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: One of the top floor bedrooms has a special access bath with roll under sink, low barrier shower, shower seat, and grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. There is a stocked fishing lake by the community pool, please note that a fishing license is required in order to fish.
