The top level features an open floor plan with a cheerful great room furnished with large, soft sofas and recliners and filled with light from two walls of arching windows. A sunny king bedroom with deck access and a private bathroom complete with a garden tub rounds out the top floor nicely.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 85 degrees.
