The centerpiece 25.0 x 16.0 private pool operates from April through October with optional heating available for $500. Guests enjoy the therapeutic hot tub, charcoal grill for outdoor cooking, outdoor shower, and dedicated volleyball area. The property includes 1 highchair for families with young children.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 85 degrees.
