Just a couple mile drive north puts you in the heart of the town of Duck, offering a soundfront boardwalk with many local shops and eateries. With seven bedrooms, seven full baths, a half bath, nine TVs, free high-speed wireless internet, seven parking spaces, and an onsite EV charger, this Southern Shores home is built for a large group that wants space, comfort, and easy access to the sand. The ground floor rec room is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV, making it the natural gathering spot for late-night games and rainy afternoons. A nearby full bath is accessible to those hanging out in the rec room and those who pick the pyramid bunk bedroom as theirs for the week. In addition to a bedroom with two pyramid bunks, there is also a king bedroom with a private bath. Laundry facilities are centrally located on this level.

The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and a private bath with a shower/tub combo.

The top floor brings your group together in the open concept space that makes up the great room, kitchen, and dining area.
