With five kings, two twins, two pyramid bunks, seven full baths, one half bath, nine TVs, free high-speed wireless internet, seven parking spaces, and an onsite EV charger, this Carolina Designs home is ready for a large group's getaway. Please note this home has Sunday check-in and does not allow pets.

The ground floor rec room is furnished with comfortable seating. A nearby full bath is accessible to those hanging out in the rec room and those who pick the pyramid bunk bedroom as theirs for the week. In addition to a bedroom with two pyramid bunks, there is also a king bedroom with a private bath. Laundry facilities are centrally located on this level.
A door leads from the rec room out to the pool area, where guests will find a private pool, sheltered hot tub, outdoor seating, gas grill, cornhole set, and bocce ball court. An outdoor shower allows guests to rinse off the day before heading inside to rest up for tomorrow.

The middle floor is primarily designed for sleeping accommodations. Three king bedrooms each have a private bath with walk-in showers and sliding door access from the bedroom to the deck that wraps from the north to the east side of the house. The top floor brings your group together in the open concept space that makes up the great room, kitchen, and dining area. The great room has a nearby door that leads out onto the deck that faces the ocean and wraps around the north side of the house, which offers a sliding glass door that will put you back inside in the dining area. Furnished with two outdoor dining tables each seating four, you can enjoy a meal while sitting in the fresh coastal breeze. The kitchen offers a large island with a sink and seating for those who want to be a part of the food prep conversation. A king bedroom on this level features a walk-in closet, a private bath with a walk-in shower, and a sliding glass door to the deck.
Neighborhood & Community: Southern Shores greets you as you arrive on the Outer Banks, a quiet, tree-lined town of pines, dogwoods, and live oaks tucked between the Atlantic Ocean and the Currituck Sound. Guests enjoy access to community tennis. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.
