The uncrowded beaches of Southern Shores will be calling your name from the moment you arrive; a short stroll down the street and over the dune puts you at the edge of the ocean for a day of sunshine and waves. Just a couple mile drive north puts you in the heart of the town of Duck, offering a soundfront boardwalk with many local shops and eateries. Between the beach, the pool, and the games, the hardest decision of the week may be where to spend the afternoon.
Sleeping arrangements: five kings, two twins, and two pyramid bunks spread across three levels, served by seven full baths and one half bath, six of them private. Additional conveniences include seven parking spaces, an on-site EV charger, nine TVs, free high-speed wireless internet, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower. Please note that this home has a Sunday check-in and does not allow pets. Pool dates: 5/3/2026 to 10/11/2026 and 5/2/2027 to 10/10/2027.

The ground floor rec room is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV, making it the natural gathering spot for games and rainy afternoons alike. A nearby full bath is accessible to those hanging out in the rec room and those who pick the pyramid bunk bedroom as theirs for the week. In addition to a bedroom with two pyramid bunks, there is also a king bedroom with a private bath. Laundry facilities are centrally located on this level.
A door leads from the rec room out to the pool area, where guests will find a private 33 x 14 pool, a hot tub, outdoor seating, a gas grill, a cornhole set, and a bocce ball court. An outdoor shower allows guests to rinse off the day before heading inside to rest up for tomorrow.

The top floor brings your group together in the open concept space that makes up the great room, kitchen, and dining area. You can enjoy a meal while sitting in the fresh coastal breeze. A king bedroom on this level features a walk-in closet, a private bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, and a sliding glass door to the deck. A convenient half bath serves the common areas.
Neighborhood & Community: Southern Shores greets you with tree-lined streets, high elevation homes, and quiet lanes made for walking and biking beneath pines, dogwoods, and live oaks. Guests also enjoy access to community tennis.
