The elevator entrance provides an easy way to get luggage upstairs, and the outdoor shower is ready to rinse away the sand. Fire up the gas grill for dinner, settle into the hot tub once the stars come out, then head down to the ocean to spend your day by the water or take a walk to comb the beach for treasures.

As you open the front door to Wind and Waves, you will be welcomed with a bright and open entryway captured by natural light. This floor has four bedrooms with private baths (three have king beds, and one has two queens). Finished with a TV and comfortable seating, the rec room will be where the friendly competition comes alive, and where you can catch the big game. The bar area on this floor has stunning ocean views and a well-equipped kitchenette. A full wall of windows escalates the already impeccable indoor/outdoor living space. Outside in the covered lounge area you'll find sliding glass doors on the east-facing end of the deck to make your time spent outside enjoyable whether the wind off the ocean is strong or not. The 24' x 12' private pool at Wind and Waves is next-level with its wet deck for the kiddos and its ocean views! The pool is open 5/3/2026 to 10/11/2026 and 5/2/2027 to 10/10/2027.

The great room has floor to ceiling windows, allowing guests to soak in all the views of the ocean that one could ask for. The open floor plan of the kitchen and great room makes relaxing and dining as simple as it gets. Two sofas and arm chairs surround a seasonal electric fireplace (available October through March, does not put off heat), flat screen TV, and built-in window seats. The second floor deck is where you will find yourself watching the sun come up over the ocean, and breathing in that fresh ocean air. The kitchen is ready for the chef of the family to make it their own! Whether you're wanting to lounge on the couch, sit at the counter, unwind while gazing out at the waves, or enjoy a meal at the dining table, there is plenty of seating for everyone to spend their time together up on the top floor! There is extra space to keep your food in the laundry room adjacent to the kitchen. Next to the laundry room is an office that also provides a daybed. Three bedrooms with private baths complete this floor: two kings, and one family suite with a king and a twin. One of the kings has a slider that opens directly onto the second floor deck.
