This sophisticated 7-bedroom, 7-bath OBX vacation rental provides vaulted ceilings, granite accents, covered and open decks, a media area with surround sound, a recreation room, a 32' x 16' private saltwater pool, a hot tub, and an elevator serving every level. Sleeping arrangements include five kings, one queen, two twin bunksets, and a trundle, with a private bath for each of the seven bedrooms plus a convenient half bath.

Free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected, eight TVs are spread throughout the home, seven parking spaces welcome a large group, and an onsite EV charger is available. Walking in, you will notice that the ground level offers a spacious media area with 10' ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the pool area. A built-in entertainment center surrounds the TV, making this the natural gathering spot for movie nights after a day on the sand. Fun and friendly competition continues in the recreation room, which features a TV and a stereo. A kitchenette keeps snacks and drinks close at hand, and a full laundry room is conveniently located on this level. This floor provides two suites with private baths: one with two twin bunksets and a trundle, and another with a queen bed that overlooks the pool area. The private pool and hot tub are located between the house and the dune, and two outdoor showers plus a gas grill round out the exterior.

The second oceanfront king is furnished with an antique armoire with TV and a bath with whirlpool tub, marble counter, tile floor, and custom shower. A third soundfront king features a sitting area with two chairs and antique tables overlooking a "picture frame" window showcasing a sound view, plus a private bath with whirlpool tub, marble floors and countertop, and a shower stall. The fourth king overlooks the sound and has access to a marble tile bathroom with an oversized shower stall, also accessible from the hallway. All bedrooms provide custom curtains and bedding with French doors for privacy when desired. A second laundry room is conveniently located on this level.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 Pool Open: 4/3/2026 - 10/23/2026, pool heat cost $550.00. 2027 Pool Open: 3/26/2027 - 10/22/2027, pool heat cost $550.00.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
2026 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2026 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2026 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
