An outdoor shower is also available for easy post-beach rinse off, and a half bath is located just inside the home.
Inside, a central rec room incorporates a media area, pool table, and wet bar with full refrigerator, sink, and microwave. The bedroom on this level includes two custom-built pyramid bunks with a private bath, a favorite landing spot for the younger members of the group.

Community Note: Duck Landing offers community pool access. RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: The private pool is open 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027, with pool heat available for $450.00.
