Seven parking spaces and an on-site EV charger make arrival easy, and this home offers a Sunday check-in.

Community Note: Duck Landing offers community amenities including a community beach access and community pool access. These amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

Pool: The 38.0 x 16.0 private pool is heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 Pool Open: 4/5/2026 - 10/25/2026, pool heat cost $450.00. 2027 Pool Open: 3/28/2027 - 10/24/2027, pool heat cost $450.00.

Please Note: The great room and outdoor fireplaces are for aesthetics only. They produce flames but not heat. The fireplace is seasonal (Oct-Mar).
