A rec room has a seating area around a large flat screen TV. A full shared bathroom with a shower/tub is accessible from the rec room and the queen bedroom on this level. A second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a private bath with a walk-in shower. Laundry facilities are available on this level. A door from the rec room and the queen bedroom lead to the pool area.
The pool area has a large private pool, poolside hot tub, loungers and Adirondack chairs, a gas grill, and a set of exterior stairs that lead to the middle floor deck. Just outside the pool area is an enclosed outdoor shower.

The middle floor is dedicated to sleeping accommodations. There are four bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a private bath, and direct deck access via a sliding glass door. Three of the four bathrooms have shower/tubs. Large decks with outdoor seating are available on both the east and west sides of the house, so you can follow the sun or the shade throughout the day. Exterior steps on the west decks travel to each level.

A king bedroom is available with a flat screen TV, direct deck access to both the east and west decks, and a private bath with a walk-in shower and a roll-under sink.
