The private infinity pool fades seamlessly into the horizon, and the raised built-in hot tub will have you forgetting about any worry that may have been on your mind prior to arrival. The amenities that are available for guests to enjoy include, but are not limited to, a rec room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a theater with reclining seats and a large projector screen, a sauna, and an exercise room for those who don't wish to take time off of their health routine.
We would be remiss not to further emphasize the stellar views that one will come to wish for all year long after staying on the Currituck Sound. The colors that paint the sky each night as the sun sets are second to none. Taking time to slow down and enjoy the simple things won't be hard to do while lounging outside on the poolside deck, on one of the many patios, or out on the soundfront private covered gazebo. Not far from the heart of downtown Duck, this home is conveniently located within a short walking distance of the Duck soundfront boardwalk and all the shops and restuarants available along it.

The ground floor is the hub for entertainment options for those of all ages and interests in your group. There is a rec room with a kitchenette, a theater, and a sauna adjacent to a well-equipped exercise room. The rec room offers a pool and foosball table, as well as a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, icemaker, and microwave. An island offers bar seating and faces a mounted flat screen TV positioned above the kitchenette. There is a second TV located on the other side of the rec room, but no matter where you are in this space, you have uninterrupted views of the sound. The theater is furnished with eight leather reclining chairs with cupholders and a projector screen extending nearly the entire wall, side to side and floor to ceiling. A DVD player is located in the equipment panel and is connected the full system. This house offers a unique amenity: a full sauna and exercise room. The sauna has two levels to sit at, and the exercise room is equipped with a weight machine, treadmill, stationary bike, and a wall of mirrors to ensure you feel like you are getting a true gym experience. A half bath and laundry facilities are available on this level.
Bedding accommodations include a king bedroom with a private bath with a shower/tub, walk-in closet, mounted flat screen TV, and views of the sound. A den is located on the opposite end of the house that has a queen bed and a mounted flat screen TV.
Sliding glass doors from the rec room lead out to the pool area, and quite honestly, the pool area is the star of the show here. An infinity pool that overlooks the sound, a raised hot tub, and many outdoor seating options - chances are, you won't want to spend much time inside.

Ascend the stairs that lead to the front door and enter the home's main living areas. The great room is furnished with two sofas and multiple armchairs and has a large mounted flat screen TV over a decorative fireplace. A unique and attractive feature of the great room is the adjoining bar area that is enclosed by a door and a half wall offering a large wine fridge and sink. Get creative and whip up a new cocktail you've always wanted to try, or stick to your go-to and enjoy it while spending time with your vacation group. A sliding glass door in the great room leads out to a patio that overlooks the pool and the sound to the west. The kitchen will excite the cooks of the group with its openness and pristine offering of appliances. Stainless steel appliances complement the marble counters and will have even those who don't enjoy cooking hanging out in the kitchen. There are two dining areas. One is adjacent to the kitchen and offers a round table with seating for four. A more formal dining area is located by the main entrance with a long dining table, a beautiful light fixture, and seating for ten. Around the corner from the front door is a study with a desk and chairs. This room is the perfect spot for those who have to check on work while out of the office. The study also features a flat screen TV, fireplace, and French doors leading out to the open patio area.

The top floor has five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a flat screen TV. One king and one queen have custom-tiled walk-in showers. One of the queen bedrooms has a shower/tub and a walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a large walk-in closet, and a private bath with a shower/tub. The fifth bedroom is the grandest of all the bedrooms in the house. This bedroom has a king bed, an armchair, stunning views of the sound from the bedroom, as well as from the private patio and bathroom, a large private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower with glass walls and door, double vanity, water closet, mini-fridge, two flat screen TVs (one in the bedroom, one in the bathroom) and a seperate soaking tub that is positioned in front of windows that look out onto the sound.

Garage: The garage is available for guest use but it is not available to park vehicles in.
Fireplaces: The fireplaces are not available for guest use. Please do not attempt to operate.
Beach Access: The Osprey Ridge subdivision doesn't have a public beach access for guests. This handy map provides public beach access locations.
Please note: The icemaker in the wet bar off the great room is not available for guest use.
No Pets Allowed: Pets are prohibited at this property. A violation of this rule will result in eviction and a forfeiture of the lease amount.
Occupancy: Exceeding occupancy is not permitted in any Carolina Designs home. This property is permitted for no more than 16 people. Occupancy should never exceed this limit.
Security Camera: This property has an external security camera installed on the garage door and front entrance. Please do not tamper with or adjust the cameras.
