For more adventures, stroll or cycle to the town of Duck to explore shops, restaurants, a soundside boardwalk, and a multi-use pathway that meanders through the town. An 11-acre town park hosts seasonal family-friendly activities, including fitness classes, family activities, summer evening concerts, and more!

A vibrant bedroom on the ground level is furnished with a pyramid bunk and flatscreen TV. A full bathroom is available to those in the ground floor bedroom and the rec room.
Rec room doors open to a sheltered screened-in patio with seating and outdoor dining for many. A fully fenced sparkling pool allows for daily swims, and a poolside tiki bar with seating is a shady haven to sip chilled beverages. A gas grill is provided and replaced annually. Beyond the pool area is a sandy volleyball court for some fun in the sun for those of all ages. As the sun sets, retreat to the poolside hot tub to let your cares fade under star-filled coastal skies.

Ascend the stairs to the first level to find sensational bedroom suites for rest and rejuvenation. One king bedroom has a private bath, a flatscreen TV, and covered deck access. Three queen bedrooms, each with flatscreen TVs, either have direct access or nearby access to a shared full bath. One of the queen bedrooms has direct deck access via a sliding glass door. The fifth bedroom on this level is furnished with a pyramid bunk, flatscreen TV, and a sliding glass door that accesses the covered wraparound deck. Laundry facilities are centrally located. Sprawling covered decks offer outdoor furniture, a Nags Head Hammock, and a porch swing to enjoy relaxing community views.

Emulating the shades of sea glass, the living area offers sofa seating, a stylish rug, a large flatscreen TV, a Blu-ray player, a sound bar system, and a cozy armchair conversation area. Living extends to the furnished sundeck to enjoy heightened views and refreshing sea breezes. A half bath is available. A stylishly efficient gourmet kitchen overlooks the great room and features ceramic tile floors, radiant granite countertops, tile backsplash, and casual bar seating for five. Stainless steel kitchen appliances include a refrigerator with an in-freezer icemaker, six burner Jenn-Aire stove, oven, Keurig, microwave, and two dishwashers. Meals can be served at a dining table for 10-12 guests.
A king bedroom completes the amenities and offers hardwood floors, a desk with a chair, a flatscreen TV, sundeck access, a walk-in closet, and a luxury bath with a dual sink vanity, tile shower, and a whirlpool bath.

Updates for 2023: Middle floor king bathroom renovated and now has a walk-in shower, middle floor shared baths have new vanities, toilets, mirrors, lighting, and flooring, new light fixtures in entry foyer, stairways, middle floor, and half baths, new Smart TV in rec room, front porch swing added, EV charger added.
Updates for 2022: New Nectar brand king and queen mattresses and pillows, new pyramid bunk bed and kid chairs in the 1st floor bunk room, new 2nd floor A/C system, new great room rug, new pub table and stools in the rec room, and the exterior was updated with new shings, trim, deck, and railings on the 2nd floor, and new railings and entry stairs on the 1st floor.
