A private pool and oceanview hot tub (located on the middle floor deck) make it easy to unwind, while beach access is right next to the house for maximum convenience. The top floor features an open great room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large dining table for group meals. Seven bedrooms spread across three levels provide plenty of space, many with direct deck access and ocean views, and the sleeping arrangements include four kings, two queens, a twin, and two twin bunks served by five full baths and a half bath. Entertainment is built in with a rec room and nine TVs, and free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected. Guests also enjoy community pool access and community tennis within The Villages at Ocean Hill, plus five parking spaces, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, and a basketball hoop. Located just a short drive from the 4x4 beach and where the iconic wild horses roam, this home is ideal for a week of relaxation and adventure on the Outer Banks. Please note that pets are not allowed and this home offers Saturday check-in.

Outside, the 25 x 14 private pool anchors the pool area, with a hot tub, gas grill, outdoor shower, and basketball hoop rounding out the exterior amenities. Five parking spaces are available for your group. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026, and the 2027 season runs 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027; pool heat is available for $250.00.

Community Note: Guests have access to the Villages of Ocean Hill's community pools and tennis courts. The fitness center is available for a fee.
