Sandcastle Waves offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm, all while being just steps from the beach. Enjoy ocean views from the wall of windows in the great room, or while relaxing on the spacious east-facing decks. A private pool and oceanview hot tub (located on the middle floor deck) make it easy to unwind, while beach access is right next to the house for maximum convenience. The top floor features an open great room, a well-equipped kitchen with double ovens and two refrigerators, and a large dining table for group meals. Multiple bedrooms across three levels provide plenty of space, many with direct deck access and ocean views. Entertainment is built in with a rec room, media den, ping-pong, foosball, and multiple TVs. Located just a short drive from the 4x4 beach and where the iconic wild horses roam, this home is ideal for a week of relaxation and adventure on the Outer Banks.

The ground floor offers a rec room with a ping-pong table, foosball, a mounted flatscreen TV, and a full-sized refrigerator. Two bedrooms on this level share a full bath with a shower/tub. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the other has two twin bunks.

Central to the middle floor is an ocean view media den with comfy seating and a mounted flatscreen TV. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms make up the remainder of this level. Both east facing bedrooms feature direct deck access through sliding glass doors; all the bathrooms have shower/tubs. Two bedrooms have private baths, one is furnished with a king bed, and the other has a queen bed and direct deck access to a private deck. The third bedroom has a king bed and has direct access to a shared bath that is also accessible from the hallway for those spending time in the media den. The fourth bedroom on this level has a queen bed. The covered east deck has an oceanview hot tub and seating for enjoying a refreshing breeze off the ocean. There are stairs to the pool area and the top floor deck from the middle floor deck.

The top floor is the perfect spot for gathering with your vacation crew all week long. An east-facing wall of windows allows for an uninterrupted view of the Atlantic to be enjoyed from the great room. Past the great room is a dining area that offers an elongated table so several people can sit and enjoy a meal together. The breakfast nook off the kitchen provides additional seating for meals. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including two refrigerators, a double oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The decks on this level can be accessed from multiple areas. The great room offers two doors to the east facing deck; the two west decks can be accessed through doors near the kitchen. A king bedroom on the northeast corner of the top floor offers direct deck access through a sliding glass door and a private bath with a walk-in tile shower. A laundry room and half bath are located on this level.

Updates for 2026: Nearly all new decks, new exterior paint, new interior paint and decor, new flooring on the middle floor (carpet removed), new plumbing, additional outdoor furniture. Subject to change until complete.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Please note: The great room fireplace is not available for guest use.
Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the front of the house.
Community note: Guests have access to the Villages of Ocean Hill's community pools and tennis courts. The fitness center is available for a fee. Trailers, boats, jet-skis, campers, and RVs are not allowed to be parked in the Villages of Ocean Hill unless they are under the house and out of view from the street and cul-de-sac.
