Entertainment abounds with a recreation room, media den, and 9 TVs throughout the home. Positioned just a short drive from the 4x4 beach where Corolla's iconic wild horses roam, SANDCASTLE WAVES delivers the ideal setting for both relaxation and Outer Banks adventure.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to a 25.0 x 14.0 private pool (open seasonally with optional heating for $250), oceanview hot tub, gas grill, basketball hoop, and outdoor shower. The property includes 5 parking spaces and community amenities featuring pool access and tennis courts. Free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected during their Outer Banks getaway.

Updates for 2026: Nearly all new decks, new exterior paint, new interior paint and decor, new flooring on the middle floor (carpet removed), new plumbing, additional outdoor furniture. Subject to change until complete.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Please Note: The great room fireplace is not available for guest use. No pets allowed. Saturday check-in required.

Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the front of the house.

Community Note: Guests have access to the Villages of Ocean Hill's community pools and tennis courts. The fitness center is available for a fee. Trailers, boats, jet-skis, campers, and RVs are not allowed to be parked in the Villages of Ocean Hill unless they are under the house and out of view from the street and cul-de-sac. Please take note of this map of 7 authorized beach accesses for guests of The Villages at Ocean Hill. Why overload your vehicle, when you can pre-reserve rentals for your vacation stay? 2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
