Three levels give large groups room to spread out, with seven bedrooms, five full baths, a half bath, and seven parking spaces for everyone arriving with their own set of wheels.

An open floor plan on the top floor creates a generous gathering space where your group can talk over the day's checklist together. Two decks off the great room and kitchen provide views of the surrounding area that will relax you and have you wishing you never had to leave. The large, private, sparkling blue pool awaits you upon arrival and will instantly tempt you to take a dip, measuring 34 by 15 feet with plenty of room for laps, floats, and cannonballs. Pool heat is available for an additional cost if you are visiting during the cooler shoulder season.

Guests of The Quarterdeck have several amenities to enjoy right in the comfort of the home, but the fun doesn't stop there. While staying in a Pine Island home, you can also enjoy the Pine Island community amenities, such as the tennis courts, community pools, and more. Corolla and the Northern Outer Banks

Known as the "gold coast" of Currituck County, Corolla sits at the northern end of the Outer Banks, where wide beaches of finely textured sand meet clean rolling surf. Nearby attractions include the Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park and the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, built in 1875 and the only natural red brick lighthouse on the East Coast. Guided beach tours in search of the wild horses of Corolla, kayak tours, surfing lessons, and jet ski rentals are all part of the local lineup, and grocery stores, surf shops, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors are close at hand in shopping centers such as Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center. EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the exterior of the front door and on the floodlight above the carport.
