Ideal for a large family gathering, this home offers seven bedrooms, three of which have private baths, plus five full baths and a convenient half bath. Just a few steps to the ocean access, the proximity to fun in the sun is unmatched. Bouncing between beach time and poolside lounging is easier than ever! The hot tub provides a soothing place to relax after a long day of vacation fun. And don't forget to take advantage of the amenities of the Schooner Ridge subdivision, which offers one of the most comprehensive community centers in the area. The clubhouse includes community pool access, tennis courts, and more. Updates for 2024: New ceiling fans in all bedrooms, new furniture on first floor deck, new poolside loungers, and a new heat pump pool heater for the pool.

Pool: The 32 x 16 private pool is open 4/3/2026 to 10/23/2026 and 3/26/2027 to 10/22/2027, with pool heat available for $250.00. Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

EV Charger: A payment is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Community Note: Guests of Schooner Ridge have access to many community amenities, including community pool access and community tennis. Early access into this subdivision is permitted. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
