It's called Village Diamond for a reason, this 7-bedroom, oceanfront retreat is located in the heart of the Village at Nags Head and offers all you could want for an Outer Banks vacation. The oceanside decks on each level are the perfect spot to sit and soak up the sun or take respite in the shade while enjoying the calming breezes off the ocean. The private pool area includes a custom-shaped 24' x 14' pool, hot tub, poolside tiki bar, grilling station, and easy access to the beach. With five king beds, a queen, and a bunk room with two twin bunks, plus five full baths and a half bath, there is room for the whole group to spread out and settle in. Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee, and six parking spaces mean caravanning families arrive without a shuffle. Village Diamond is located only a short distance from Jennette's Pier. Not far from some of the largest attractions to the area: Jockey's Ridge State Park, Nags Head Golf Links, Nags Head Fishing Pier, and Jennette's Pier, as well as grocery stores, local shops, and ample dining options. This is an OBX vacation rental built for long, easy days between the pool deck and the Atlantic.

The Area

Nags Head has been the historic center of Outer Banks family beach vacations since the 1940s and 50s, and staying oceanfront in the Village at Nags Head puts that heritage right outside your door. Jockey's Ridge State Park, the tallest natural sand dune system on the East Coast, offers hiking, nature trails, picnicking, sail boarding, and a museum and visitor center. Nags Head Woods Ecological Preserve offers maritime forest, miles of trails, abundant birdlife, and hardwoods hundreds of years old. Anglers can fish from the beach or from one of three piers, including Jennette's Pier with its aquarium annex, wind turbines, and interpretive wildlife displays. Miniature golf, go-carts, an outlet mall, specialty shops, and restaurants ranging from casual take-out to fine dining are all within easy reach, and a short drive brings you to historic Roanoke Island, the NC Aquarium, and the fishing village of Wanchese.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 Pool Open: 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026, pool heat cost $500.00. 2027 Pool Open: 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027, pool heat cost $500.00.

TV Information: The Roku TVs are in Guest Mode upon arrival.

3.) You are welcome to log into your personal TV accounts for other channels/apps. Your accounts will be logged out automatically on your checkout date.

Golf: Guests will receive discounted green fees at Nags Head Golf Links, a Scottish links-style championship course. The picturesque Roanoke Sound, sea oats and sand dunes create a windswept environment that Golf Digest says is "among the most beautiful in the eastern United States." Reserve tee times in advance by calling 252-441-8073.

Path to Beach: The private walkway does not have stairs down the dune and the dune may be steep due to shifting ocean currents and wind. A handicap-accessible public beach access is located two houses to the south.
