The lower level features a rec room with a pool table, two arcade games (Nintendo and digital pinball), a sleepsofa, and a kitchenette with a sink and a full-sized refrigerator. There are three bedrooms: one has a king bed, the second has two queen beds, and the third has two twin bunks. A laundry room and two full shared baths are also available.
Outdoor amenities include a private fenced-in pool area with a hot tub, an outdoor shower, a quiet sitting area, and a covered cabana deck overlooking the pool with built-in bench seating and a gas grill. Volleyball area, basketball hoop, ping-pong table, cornhole, and a hammock add to the outdoor fun.

All three bedrooms on this level have sliding door access to the deck. A central sitting area with armchair seating, a TV, and an arcade game is located on this level with a nearby sliding glass door that leads to the deck.

The top floor includes an airy great room with a wall of ocean-facing windows and a large flatscreen TV. An elongated dining table set for 12 makes the perfect spot to gather for meals with your group. There is a second dining table with seating for 6 in the dining nook off the kitchen. The king bedroom with a private bath rounds out this level, with a private deck, Jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and shower.
