Sleeping options on the ground level include a bedroom with a double bunk (full-over-full) and TV that shares a full bath with those in a bedroom equipped with two twin bunks, one pyramid bunk with trundle, and TV. The balance of this floor is dedicated to a recreation room, an easy spot to gather when the sun goes down. Adjacent you will find a dry sauna room. Please note: The sauna is available for guest use from November through March.

Doors open to a covered porch with stairs that lead up to a refreshing private pool, pool deck with seating options, and gas grill. The private beach access leads to warm sandy beaches, and a volleyball area is located just outside the pool for some friendly competition!

Additional sleeping options are found on the first floor, including two king suites with TVs and private baths, one with direct covered deck access. The third king suite with a TV also has direct covered deck access, and shares a full bathroom with a queen bedroom with a TV. Laundry facilities are centrally located for easy mid-week loads of beach towels. A central den provides sofa seating, a TV, and a kitchenette, a convenient retreat for early risers and late-night snackers alike. The covered deck with a bubbling hot tub gives access to the pool area and connects to the private beach walkway, so the surf is only a short stroll away.

A wall of great room windows showcases panoramic views of the sparkling Atlantic. The living area has sofa and armchair seating and a big-screen TV. Doors open to wide sun decks to enjoy coastal views and gentle sea breezes. The bright kitchen is well equipped with ample storage and countertops, a refrigerator, range/stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Dining options include two ocean view tables that each seat eight, a sun/breakfast room with a table for four, and casual bar seating for five at the kitchen bar, plenty of room for a big group meal. The sunroom has direct deck access through sliding glass doors and two twin daybeds for afternoon reading. A half bath is conveniently located. A large king suite rounds out the top floor and features an ocean view sitting area with sofa, armchairs, flatscreen TV, direct sun deck access, and a private bath.
