Premium Amenities & Pool Features

ARIA's 26x16 private saltwater pool can be heated for year-round enjoyment, complemented by a relaxing hot tub and fully fenced pool area with loungers and umbrella seating. Fire up both gas and charcoal grills for outdoor cooking, then rinse off in one of two outdoor showers. The home includes an elevator for easy floor access, 7 TVs throughout, basketball hoop, and EV charging station. Additional conveniences include 6 parking spaces, seasonal fireplace (October-March), and one highchair for families.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the exterior of the front door and in the carport.

The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way. (Please note that the Section J court is separate from the private Swim & Tennis Club courts and pool located nearby, which is not part of this home's amenities.)
