This 7-bedroom vacation home has all the amenities to make for an unforgettable week of beachside living. The large, fully fenced pool area has a private saltwater pool that can be heated, a poolside hot tub, poolside loungers, an outdoor seating area with an umbrella, and a gas and charcoal grill. The top floor was designed and furnished with groups in mind, with the great room, dining area, and kitchen showcased in an open-concept space and highlighted by natural light from the east-facing wall of windows that look out to the sun deck and on to the wide expanse of the ocean. The ground floor rec room has a pool table and a ping-pong table top for double the fun, plus a media area for watching your favorite show or a big game while tapping into your competitive spirit with your vacation crew. With the beach access being right next to the house, beach mornings that turn into pool afternoons, that turn into evening beach strolls are in your future when you book a stay at Aria.

The ground level is meant to provide fun in the sun and a place to hang out into the later hours of the evening as a group. A large rec room features a pool table with a ping-pong table top, so you have twice the game options, without taking up all the space. The other half of the rec room is a media area that is furnished with a comfortable sofa (sleepsofa), a high-top table (perfect for cards or a board game), and a flatscreen TV positioned on a built-in entertainment wall that offers gaming systems and several books to enjoy throughout your week. The two bedrooms on this floor and those hanging out in the rec room have access to a full shared bath with a shower/tub. A bedroom with two twin beds has a sliding glass door that leads to the poolside deck, and the bedroom with a pyramid bunk has access to the northside exterior, which leads to the beach access.

Four bedrooms are available on the middle floor. Two kings with private baths, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower/tub, have direct deck access via sliding glass doors. One of the king bedrooms has a private deck on the west side of the house. The east-facing queen room has direct deck access via a sliding glass door and shares the nearby hall bathroom with those who are staying in the room with a pyramid bunk and twin bed. The middle floor deck has outdoor seating, a loveseat hammock swing, and steps that lead down to the pool area.

The greater portion of the top floor is dedicated to the open concept space that makes up the great room, kitchen, and dining area. The great room is furnished with a sectional sofa and armchairs, positioned to make the most of the uninterrupted view of the Atlantic Ocean for epic sun- and moonrise viewing. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including two sinks, a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a beverage fridge. The dining area makes for a great spot to enjoy family meals with a large oceanview dining table and an adjacent screened-in deck with an outdoor dining table. The king bedroom on this level treats its guests to an unbeatable ocean view, direct sun deck access, and a private bath with a custom-tiled walk-in shower.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the exterior of the front door and in the carport.

Tennis: Guests in this Section of Ocean Sands (Section Q) have access to tennis courts located in Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way. (Please note that the Section J court is separate from the private Swim & Tennis Club courts and pool located nearby, which is not part of this home's amenities.)
