Overview

Located on the oceanfront right next to the beach access, with a private pool and a poolside hot tub, we bring you, Aria. This 7-bedroom vacation home has all the amenities to make for an unforgettable week of beachside living. The large, fully fenced pool area has a private saltwater pool that can be heated, a poolside hot tub, poolside loungers, an outdoor seating area with an umbrella, and gas and charcoal grills. Two outdoor showers make rinsing off after a swim easy, and a basketball hoop gives the group one more way to keep score. The top floor was designed and furnished with groups in mind, with the great room, dining area, and kitchen showcased in an open-concept space and highlighted by natural light from the east-facing wall of windows that look out to the sun deck and on to the wide expanse of the ocean. The ground floor recreation room offers a spacious place to gather, plus a media area for watching your favorite show or a big game with your vacation crew. With the beach access being right next to the house, beach mornings that turn into pool afternoons, that turn into evening beach strolls are in your future when you book a stay at Aria.

Practical touches round out this Outer Banks retreat: an elevator serving the floors, six parking spaces, seven TVs, a highchair for the youngest traveler, free high-speed wireless internet, and a seasonal fireplace for cooler stays between October and March. Guests in this section of Ocean Sands also have access to community tennis courts. Corolla, the northern stretch of the Outer Banks, surrounds you with wide beaches of finely textured sand, the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the historic Whalehead Club, wild horse tours, and shopping at Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center. This OBX vacation rental welcomes guests with Saturday check-in and does not allow pets.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the exterior of the front door and in the carport.

Tennis: Guests in this Section of Ocean Sands (Section Q) have access to tennis courts located in Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way. (Please note that the Section J court is separate from the private Swim & Tennis Club courts and pool located nearby, which is not part of this home's amenities.)
