The ground floor offers a fun entertainment option for those who love a little competition and for those who love a good "curl up and enjoy a movie" moment. The rec room includes a mounted Smart TV and a seating area. The media room is furnished with comfortable seating and a large mounted Smart TV, making it the natural gathering spot on a rainy afternoon or after a long beach day. A half bath is conveniently nearby. Two bedrooms are available on this level, a king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin bunks, both with their own private bath.

A door from the rec room leads out to the pool area that features a large 26 x 14 private pool (can be heated for an additional fee), a hot tub, outdoor seating, and a gas grill. An outdoor shower can be located right next to the door that leads back into the house, making it a convenient spot to rinse off after a long day in the sun before heading inside for some indoor fun.

A balance between entertainment and sleeping options, the middle floor offers a lounge area with sofa seating around a Smart TV, as well as a table that can be used for games, puzzles, and even as a workspace if needed. A door that leads from the lounge area out onto the deck overlooks the pool. Four bedroom suites are on this floor, two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms, each with a private bath. One of the king bedrooms has a sliding glass door that leads to a private deck area on the front of the house, although none of the bedrooms are far from a door that leads to either the front or back decks.

As you enter the top floor from either the stairs or the elevator that travels to all levels, you are welcomed into the open-concept space made up of the great room, kitchen, and dining area. The great room is furnished with cozy seating around a seasonal electric fireplace (available October through March) with a mounted Smart TV over it. The kitchen offers a refrigerator (icemaker in the freezer), a dishwasher, and a microwave, so cooking for a full house never feels crowded. A large island with seating separates the kitchen from the dining area but doubles as a place for quality time together while meal prepping or cleaning up. A pantry is located around the corner from the kitchen and offers shelving for storage and a second refrigerator (two total on this level). Two doors lead out onto the deck, one in the dining area and one in the great room, but both will lead you to the spacious decks that offer views of the ocean and the sound. A king bedroom is available on this level and offers its guests a private bath and a private deck with views of both the ocean and the sound.
