The ground floor offers a fun entertainment option for those who love a little competition and for those who love a good "curl up and enjoy a movie" moment. The rec room includes a mounted Smart TV and a seating area. The media room is furnished with comfortable seating and a large mounted Smart TV, making it an easy escape on a rainy afternoon or after a full day in the sun. A half bath is conveniently nearby. Two bedrooms are available on this floor, a king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin bunks, both with their own private bath. The bathroom in the king bedroom offers a walk-in shower; the bathroom in the bunk room has a shower/tub combo.

A door from the rec room leads out to the pool area that features a large 26 x 14 private pool (can be heated for an additional fee), a hot tub, outdoor seating, and a gas grill. An outdoor shower is located right next to the door that leads back into the house, making it a convenient spot to rinse off after a long day at the beach before heading inside for some indoor fun.

A balance between entertainment and sleeping options, the middle floor offers a lounge area with sofa seating around a Smart TV, as well as a table that can be used for games, puzzles, and even as a workspace if needed. A door leads from the lounge area out onto the deck that overlooks the pool, with stairs taking you down to the water. Four bedroom suites are on this floor, two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms, each with a private bath. The king bathrooms have walk-in showers and the queen bathrooms have shower/tub combos. One of the king bedrooms has a sliding glass door that leads to a private deck area on the front of the house, although none of the bedrooms are far from a door that leads to either the front or back decks.

As you enter the top floor from either the stairs or the elevator that travels to all levels, you are welcomed into the open-concept space made up of the great room, kitchen, and dining area. The great room is furnished with cozy seating around a seasonal electric fireplace (available October through March) with a mounted Smart TV over it. A large island with seating separates the kitchen from the dining area but doubles as a place for quality time together while meal prepping or cleaning up. A pantry is located around the corner from the kitchen and offers shelving for storage. Two doors lead out onto the deck, one in the dining area and one in the great room, and both will lead you to the spacious decks that offer views of the ocean and the sound. A king bedroom is available on this level and offers its guests a private bath and a private deck with views of both the ocean and the sound.
