Located only one lot from the ocean, this semi-oceanfront home offers knockout views of the Atlantic from multiple vantage points; enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee on oceanview decks, or relax in the great room and watch the waves roll in as twilight falls. This property's unique layout incorporates seven bedrooms with private baths, an elevator, a media room, and multiple levels of open and covered decks. Enjoy the salt air and sea breezes as you spend time in the outdoor entertainment areas, which include a 32 x 14 private heated pool, hot tub, gas grill, and two outdoor showers! Inside, free high-speed wireless internet and 10 TVs keep everyone connected, while seven parking spaces and an on-site EV charger make arrival simple. In addition to this home's stellar proximity to the beach, Seaview is located not far from multiple grocery stores and great restaurants. Southern Shores is known for its quiet, tree-lined streets, high elevations, and easy access to the shops and restaurants of Duck and Kitty Hawk. Please note this is a Friday check-in home, and no pets are allowed.

Pool: The 32 x 14 private pool is open 4/3/2026 to 10/23/2026 and 3/26/2027 to 10/22/2027. Pool heat is available for $200.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Special Access Amenities: This home has an elevator and a middle-level bedroom with a private special access bath. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
