Central to the mid-level is the media room, which includes cozy sofas, a TV, and a kitchenette with full fridge and microwave. Bedding on this level includes a bedroom with two twins (special access amenities in its private bath include a roll-under sink, low-barrier shower, and shower seat), three king bedrooms, and a bedroom with two pyramid bunks. Four of the bedrooms offer access to covered or open decks. All of the bedrooms have a private bath.

The open floor plan of the great room makes it easy to visit with fellow vacationers as you prepare dinner or enjoy a meal together. The kitchen features a large central island, as well as two dishwashers, a Keurig, and an oversized fridge. If you're visiting in the shoulder months, curl up with a book on one of the sofas around the seasonal gas fireplace. Bedding on this level includes two kings with private baths, one of which offers deck access.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: This home has an elevator and a middle-level bedroom with special access amenities including a roll-under sink, low-barrier shower, and shower seat. The top floor bathroom offers a low-barrier shower. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.

Neighborhood & Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.
