A full hallway bath sits adjacent to this bedroom and is conveniently available to those enjoying the rec room and theater.
Large sliding glass doors lead from the rec room to a fully fenced pool area that includes a 28 x 14 private pool (can be heated for an additional fee), an inviting spot for refreshing swims, sunbathing, and group hangouts. Pack your beach bag and cross the private boardwalk for seashore adventures and exploration, or rest on the dune-top bench to overlook the beach. An outdoor shower and gas grill are available for your convenience. Before retiring for the day, gather together in the soothing hot tub under star-filled skies and relaxing coastal breezes.

A well-equipped kitchen is designed for ease in meal preparation. Meals can be served at the dining table, and kitchen bar seating is available for casual dining. A high chair is provided for the littlest traveler, and a half bath is centrally located. The amenities on this floor are completed with a king suite offering ocean views, a Smart TV, direct sun deck access, and a private bath with dual sink vanity and shower.
Please Note: The fireplace is not available for guest use.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
