The ground floor rec room is ideal for rainy days or evenings in. Step outside to soak in the views and take a dip in the private saltwater pool, which is just steps from the private walkway leading to the beach. Vacation nights can be spent relaxing in the hot tub, and two outdoor showers plus a gas grill round out the outdoor living space.
Bedding on this level includes a king with a private bath and sliding door access to the outdoor area, as well as a bedroom with two pyramid bunks. There is a shared full bath on the ground floor.

Floor-to-ceiling windows greet you on the middle level, which incorporates a spacious great room, dining area, and kitchen in an open floor plan concept. A key feature of this home is that endless water views can be enjoyed from both the middle and top floors. Two bedrooms are available on this level providing quiet escapes for guests at evening's end. One with a king bed, private deck, and private bath, and a second with two twins with shared access to a bathroom.
