Accommodations & Amenities

Cape Sol comfortably accommodates large groups with five king bedrooms, two double beds, and twin bunks, complemented by seven full bathrooms and one half bath. Modern conveniences include an elevator, 12 TVs throughout, media room, and seasonal fireplace (October-March). The 30' x 14' private pool features heating options, while outdoor amenities include hot tub, gas and charcoal grills, outdoor shower, and seven parking spaces. Additional perks include EV charger availability and free high-speed wireless internet.

Community note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Special Access Amenities: There is ramp access on the north side of the home that leads to the sliding glass doors in the back. The ground floor king bath has a wide door frame, a roll-under sink, and a shower with a grab bar, and a built-in shower seat. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.
