A vacation to remember will be yours at Cape Sol, a luxurious Duck oceanfront home boasting seven bedrooms (six with private baths), a private pool with cabana bar, a rec room with pool table and arcade games, TVs throughout, and most importantly, a stunning seaside location. Professionally decorated and designed for both entertainment and comfort, this idyllic beach retreat will certainly impress. An elevator connects all three levels, seven parking spaces welcome the whole group, and a private walkway leads straight to the sand. Located in Caffey's Inlet just north of the town of Duck, you're an easy bike ride or drive to the village, where you can browse boutiques and check out the local eateries. Free high-speed wireless internet, a hot tub, gas and charcoal grills, an outdoor shower, and a seasonal fireplace (October through March) round out an OBX vacation rental built for gathering. Please note that this home offers Sunday check-in.

Community note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe. Duck offers shops, restaurants, and a walking and bicycling trail running the length of town, all part of what makes this stretch of the Outer Banks such a rewarding place to stay.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
