The top floor of Oscar Bravo Xray offers uninterrupted ocean vistas from the great room, kitchen, and dining area; the view and a coastal breeze can be adored from the top floor sun deck accessible from the great room and dining area sliding glass doors. The kitchen is equipped with appliances suitable to feed a group. Two fridges, a double oven, a 6-burner cooktop, and a microwave are complemented by the 10' island that offers two dishwashers and a double sink. The island, with seating along two sides, also serves as a spot for gathering. The dining area has a close by wet bar with a sink and a beverage refrigerator, ideal for the mixologist of the group to do their thing without having to be in the bustling kitchen.
